The investigation into the case of "SMS paralyzing the subway" is being completed. Although the person involved was not going to blow up anything, he has been in jail for more than five months now. The other day, documents on his case can be submitted to court.

It was reported that "sms-miner" - a native of Karaganda, who works at one of the capital's enterprises. As Euroradio found out, the man’s name is Konstantin Simonov and he worked as a slinger at the Tractor Plant.

Some media outlets with the filing of law enforcement officers exposed the man as a drinking and asocial element, which was deprived of parental rights. But is that true? In the title photos of Konstantin Simonov on social networks, we see Daniyar (8 years old) and Ayana (6 years old). What is it for?

"In fact, Konstantin is a normal person, with thousands walking in the streets. He raised his children to his feet. And he was not deprived of parental rights. On the contrary, he took the children from his wife," his acquaintance Julia tells about the sms-miner.

As it became known to Euroradio from a source from the Smolevichi district executive committee, two of his children were really going to return Konstantin. Experts have determined that he is not a marginalized person, leads a healthy lifestyle and is a perfectly normal father. And they took the children for six months because of the conflict with their Kazakh wife, who also lived in Smolevichy. The woman was really deprived of parental rights due to an asocial lifestyle.

"This is what he told his sister when they saw each other: supposedly he was driving from training, there was a big bag on his shoulder. Well, he was examined at the entrance. He was surprised and began to describe it in sms to either a girl or a friend:" They examined the bag , they thought I was driving a bomb like a terrorist. "I cannot guarantee the accuracy of these words."

If Konstantin is not released, then the children are likely to be transferred to his sister Lyubov, who also brings up three.

Recall that earlier Euroradio talked with student Elena Matskelo, who drew attention to the suspicious sms in the subway. According to the girl’s version, in sms there were such words as “I have a bomb”, “where to detonate”, “code is activated” and so on. Therefore, Elena decided to act: she pulled herself together, stepped onto the platform and told the metro security about the situation.

These events took place on February 26. Metro, Minsktrans and operational services have calculated their losses - more than 300 million rubles. And this is another argument not in favor of the accused.

A criminal case was instituted under the article “Knowingly false message about danger”, Konstantin faces up to five years in prison.

In society, the news of a suspicious sms in the subway caused resonance and controversy. Some criticized a student who was looking at someone else's mobile phone and suggested that the joking message was misunderstood. Someone, on the contrary, praised the student’s vigilance and courage.
