Глава СКР предложил ужесточить наказание за невыплату зарплаты
Глава Следственного комитета России (СКР) Александр Бастрыкин предложил ужесточить наказание за невыплату заработной платы, но освобождать неплательщиков от ответственности в случае погашения ими задолженности.

Сейчас часть 2 статьи 145.1 УК РФ («Невыплата заработной платы») предусматривает наказание от штрафа до трех лет лишения свободы.
К концу 2017 года долги федеральных государственных унитарных предприятий (ФГУП) по зарплате совокупно составляли 350 млн рублей. Правительство РФ распорядилось до 1 марта погасить задолженности.
