At the beginning of the spring season, when the ice cover on the reservoirs begins to lose its strength, rescuers of the Russian Emergencies Ministry are preparing for possible emergency situations on the water. Actions are being worked out in case of emergencies caused by the spring flood. During the training, practical measures are taken on conditional introductory, a review of the readiness of forces and means of services and structures involved in the response.

В начале весеннего сезона, когда ледяной покров на водоемах начинает терять свою прочность, спасатели МЧС России готовятся к возможным чрезвычайным ситуациям на воде. Отрабатываются действия при возникновении чрезвычайных ситуаций, обусловленных весенним паводком. В ходе тренировок проводятся практические мероприятия по условным вводным, смотр готовности сил и средств служб и структур, привлекаемых к реагированию.
