The introduction of a new post of deputy director of security schools could solve the problem of violence in educational institutions, said Igor Morozov, deputy head of the department for countering extremism of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, at the All-Russian Antiterror Forum in Krasnoyarsk.
“Recently, an increased interest of minors in the movement that promotes violence in schools has been recorded, referring to the so-called school-hunting. Standard security measures - the installation of video surveillance, the scope of metal detectors, the involvement of security companies - is no longer enough. The introduction of the deputy director for educational process safety in schools could contribute to solving this problem, ”Morozov said.
He noted that the duties of the deputy director should include the organization and implementation of prevention among parents and students. The job description is proposed to be sent to the heads of regions for possible use in educational institutions.

В МВД предложили ввести в школах должность замдиректора по безопасности
Введение новой должности заместителя директора школ по безопасности могло бы решить проблему насилия в учебных заведениях, заявил заместитель главного управления по противодействию экстремизму МВД РФ Игорь Морозов на всероссийском форуме «Антитеррор» в Красноярске.
«В последнее время фиксируется повышенный интерес несовершеннолетних к движению, которое пропагандирует насилие в школах, имеется в виду так называемый скулшутинг. Стандартных мер безопасности – установка видеонаблюдения, рамок металлоискателей, привлечение охранных предприятий – уже недостаточно. Способствовать решению данной проблемы могло бы введение в школах должности заместителя директора по безопасности образовательного процесса», — сказал Морозов.
Он отметил, что в обязанности заместителя директора нужно включить организацию и реализацию профилактики среди родителей и учеников. Должностную инструкцию предлагается направить главам регионов для возможного использования в образовательных учреждениях.
