On July 26, the Russian Emergencies Ministry delegation returned from a business trip to Kazakhstan, where it met with employees of the Emergency Situations Department of the Pavlodar region. Representatives of the emergency departments of the two countries approved an interaction plan for the prevention and elimination of emergencies in the adjacent territory.
