Kirill Firsov is charged with two criminal episodes.
The basis for the criminal prosecution was the control purchase made by the FBI.
RIA Novosti reports that the man was detained on Saturday at the John F. Kennedy Airport in New York.
According to investigators, Firsov “facilitated the sale of personal data through the online platform deer.io”.

Another arrest under the "carder clause" in the United States.
Again, a citizen of the Russian Federation, his name is Kirill Firsov.

What was known before the arrest?
Kirill is a graduate of the Moscow Polygraphic Institute (Moscow Border Institute) of the FSB of the Russian Federation, an information security specialist, worked as a tester (not for information security) in HabraHabr and raised some "his IT projects".
In the IB community, he glowed at the Antichat hacker forum. Twice won in the team "Antichat" in the competition "Confrontation" at the hacker conference PHDays.
(The author also participated in the “Confrontation” as part of another team and did not have a high opinion of the competition as a whole).
I tried to hype on searching for appearances in the Telegram. He pointed out that copying and pasting messages into a secret telegram chat on MacOS (IOS) is unsafe and is logged by the operating system itself. What was recognized, but it did not attract serious vulnerability.
He became especially known as a blogger-traveler, he was very active in social networks and instagrams, he lived comfortably just at the expense of "his IT projects."

What did they take?
For "your IT project", for the DEER.IO platform - a platform for online criminal stores. Anyone who wanted to easily raise their store for trade:
- access to hacked servers;
- hacked accounts;
- documents;
- and other hacker goods
went to him, of course, for a percentage or rent. The site itself guaranteed the quality of the goods sold, such "AliExpress" for hackers / carders and other attackers.
In total, there were more than 24,000 active stores on the site with a turnover of 17 million bucks (screen of stores below).

How did you get it?

Yes, he flew to travel there and, apparently, was not at all afraid that he might be persecuted.
I was not so afraid that below I give a screenshot of his post in a chat on American visas dated March 6 (be sure to read).
He was not even alarmed that they had decided to issue him a REJECTED visa.
That for his sake the embassy did everything in its power so that he could catch the flight.
They were issued right before the departure at the last moment, they smiled sweetly and wished a happy journey.

How much does he face in the USA? Many, very many. But maybe he has someone to hand over larger? We will see.
