Сидел у себя в кабинете, работал, потом шел к руководству и рассказывал. Когда он в первый раз сделал прогноз, меня вызвал к себе директор института и спросил, стоит ли прислушиваться к словам экстрасенса или, может, его в Кащенко отправить? Я посоветовал дать ясновидящему шанс. Он сообщил, что знает, что в одной из стран разрабатывается новый вид оружия. Пояснил, что видел картинку на эту тему. Агентура проверила информацию и подтвердила ее».

По словам специалистов, система информирования работает как часы: как только на горизонте появляется человек, у которого действительно есть сверхъестественные способности, его приглашают на собеседование. Затем способности таких людей проверяются на деле. Кандидатов привозят, например, в лес, где когда-то упал самолет. Спрашивают: «Что здесь произошло»? Кто-то начинает рассказывать сказки: здесь было изнасилование, убийство. Те же, у кого есть способности, попадают в точку: говорят, здесь небо сошлось с землей, самолет упал.
Эксперты уверены: в каждой стране насчитывается не больше двадцати сильных экстрасенсов, представляющих интерес для силовиков. К помощи этой двадцатки государство прибегает, когда невозможно справиться с какой-либо проблемой традиционными методами. Так, по словам Геннадия Гончарова, к экстрасенсам спецслужбы обращались для раскрытия теракта на станции московского метро «Автозаводская» в 2004 году. «Анализировалась вся полученная от них информация, и я знаю, что таким образом удалось вычислить одного из преступников, имевшего отношение к этому теракту», – объясняет гипнотизер.
Одним из перспективных направлений, которым могли бы заниматься экстрасенсы, г-н Гончаров называет... поиск месторождений полезных ископаемых и подземные источники воды. Сверхчувствительные люди работают по карте и позволяют сузить район поиска. Потом по их информации можно проводить детальную разведку недр.
Специалисты отмечают, что экстрасенсам успешно удается находить и пропавших без вести людей, а во время землетрясений показывать, остались ли под завалами живые. Кроме того, они помогают милиции в вычислении маньяков. Так, например, известный диктор Виктор Балашов обладал экстрасенсорными способностями, и к нему часто обращались с просьбами найти пропавших близких. «Я помню, как после одного из концертов к Балашову подошла женщина и рассказала о своей беде, – вспоминает Геннадий Гончаров. – У нее пропала дочь. Балашов посоветовал ей поехать в соседний город. Там ее дочь и нашлась».
Михаилу Виноградову, который тоже обладает экстрасенсорными способностями, неоднократно удавалось помочь следствию в поимке преступников. Он рассказал «НИ», что совсем недавно указал примерное местонахождение златоустовского маньяка, которого разыскивали со 2 апреля. Тогда на кладбище были обнаружены тела двух убитых школьниц. Маньяка арестовали 12 апреля. По наводке Виноградова в свое время удалось задержать и барнаульского маньяка, а также найти тела шести убитых им девушек.
Впрочем, сказать, что экстрасенсы творят чудеса, нельзя. Так, например, тот же Михаил Виноградов уже восемь лет занимается поиском мальчиков, похищенных сектантами под Уфой. Бабушки отвезли детей в спортивный лагерь, и с тех пор внуки исчезли. Только недавно экстрасенсы помогли выйти на след пропавших.

Если поиск экстрасенсами пропавших без вести и беглых преступников мера пусть и спорная, но относительно безопасная, то с применением гипноза на следствии совсем другая история.
Среди специалистов до сих пор нет однозначного мнения, почему на своей недавней пресс-конференции руководитель Следственного комитета РФ Александр Бастрыкин заявил, что при расследовании дела о подрыве «Невского экспресса» свидетелям освежали память с помощью гипноза. Одни считают, что руководитель СК РФ просто раскрыл секрет Полишинеля, обнародовал то, о чем многие уже давно знали. Другие подозревают, что Бастрыкин хотел показать, насколько «крутое» его ведомство и как оно умеет раскрывать сложные преступления. Тем более что, по оценкам министра внутренних дел Рашида Нургалиева, за последние годы число нераскрытых преступлений превысило 16 млн. А за 2007 год более половины всех совершенных преступлений так и остались нераскрытыми. Этим цифрам надо было противопоставить что-то действительно «экстраординарное».
В любом случае официальное признание того, что следствие пользуется услугами врачей-гипнологов, вызвало настоящий скандал. Проблема в том, что до сих пор для этой практики не существует законодательной базы. Более того, как пишет кандидат юридических наук Николай Китаев, «российское законодательство содержит прямое запрещение использования гипноза в любых целях, кроме медицинских».
Между тем в распоряжение «НИ» попала изданная в 1999 году брошюра под названием «Пособие для следователей.
Расследование преступлений повышенной общественной опасности», отдельная глава которой посвящена «получению информации с помощью гипноза». «Такой метод нисколько не унижает человеческого достоинства, – говорится в пособии.– Тем более что применяется он исключительно с согласия испытуемого. По данным ВНИИ МВД РФ, из 237 сотрудников, опрошенных по специальной анкете, 183 работника из 14 регионов России на вопрос о допустимости применения гипноза ответили положительно, 38 респондентов затруднились ответить. А 16 выразили к указанному методу скептическое отношение».
О том, что гипноз применяется и довольно эффективно, «НИ» рассказал и начальник Главного управления криминалистики СК РФ Юрий Леканов, полное интервью которого можно прочитать в одном из ближайших номеров нашей газеты. «Так, например, полковник милиции Алексей Скрыпников, владеющий искусством гипноза, оказал большую помощь нашим следователям в Пермском крае. В течение нескольких лет в разных городах действовал серийный убийца. Вроде бы почерк преступника был похож, а внешность, по показаниям свидетелей, не совпадала, – рассказывает Юрий Леканов. – Скрыпников провел сеансы гипнорепродукции. Ему удалось детализировать воспоминания каждого из свидетелей и составить портрет убийцы. Вскоре преступника задержали».

Специалисты сравнивают механизм гипноза (гипнорепродукции) с тем, как хозяйка чистит луковицу. Вводя свидетеля в легкий транс, гипнолог «слой за слоем» заставляет его вспомнить те детали, которые ушли в подсознание. Сеанс гипнорепродукции снимается на аудио- и видеопленку. Врач спрашивает у свидетеля обо всех его заболеваниях, и если есть противопоказания к гипнозу, то он не проводится. Это, конечно, в идеале. А как все происходит на самом деле, никто, кроме следователей и гипнотизера, не знает. А последний, что бы ни говорили представители прокуратуры, не является независимым от следствия: он или работает в этих структурах, или постоянно приглашается со стороны. Значит, все равно «свой». Впрочем, гипнотизеры неохотно идут в прокуратуру: зарплаты сотрудников несоизмеримы с доходами от частной практики.
Добытая гипнологом информация оформляется как сведения, полученные оперативным путем. И не может являться доказательством по делу. Об этом говорится и в упомянутом «Пособии»: «Гипнорепродукция может быть и ошибочной. Поэтому класть ее в основу какого-либо решения по уголовному делу можно лишь при ее подтверждении другими доказательствами».
Независимые эксперты убеждены: не стоит широко применять гипноз в практике следствия и строить на полученных данных выводы – слишком уж велика вероятность ошибки. «Бывают люди, которые берут на себя чужие преступления ради славы. Кроме того, работа с обвиняемыми может осложняться предвзятостью гипнолога, его стремлением внушить подопытному необходимость раскрыть преступление», – отмечает Михаил Виноградов. Со своей стороны, судья Мосгорсуда в отставке Сергей Пашин уточнил в беседе с «НИ»: «Никакие следственные действия с использованием гипноза не могут считаться законными. Никто не даст гарантии, что в сознании испытуемого не произойдут изменения. Кроме того, человек после обработки гипнозом может искренне верить в то, что говорил под его воздействием».
Будучи старшим следователем по особо важным делам при Генпрокуратуре СССР, адвокат Владимир Калиниченко расследовал дело об убийстве в Москве, на станции метро «Ждановская» (ныне «Выхино») майора КГБ Афанасьева. «Тогда возникло подозрение, что фигуранты этого дела – три милиционера – также причастны к исчезновению в 1980 году семьи начальника шифровального отдела КГБ Виктора Шейнова, – рассказывает г-н Калиниченко. – Они признались и в этом преступлении. Но трупы не нашли. А троицу приговорили к смертной казни. За день до расстрела Юрий Андропов дал указание ввести им психотропные препараты и допросить под гипнозом. Они вновь подтвердили свои показания... А в 1990 году Виктор Шейнов объявился в США. Оказалось, что он агент ЦРУ. Зная, что его заподозрили в предательстве, Шейнов вместе с семьей бежал в Америку. Говорят, что вывезли его на самолете посла...»

Спецслужбы Германии уверяют, что еще с окончания Второй мировой войны не прибегают к услугам экстрасенсов. Впрочем, в ближайшее время ситуация может измениться. Дело в том, что по всей Западной Европе фиксируется все больше случаев похищения денег и ценных вещей с использованием гипнотического воздействия на жертв. Во всех полицейских участках ФРГ имеется не совсем отчетливое телевизионное изображение то ли индийца, то ли северного африканца, умудрившегося очистить несколько банков сначала в Италии, а затем и в Германии. По оперативной информации, грабитель одним пассом руки убеждает кассирш отдать ему деньги, при этом дамы не могли вспомнить, как происходило ограбление. Восстановить память жертв удалось, только когда на допрос пригласили другого медиума. В связи с новой опасной тенденцией лучшие силы полиции ФРГ, Италии и Франции провели на днях эксперимент по инсценированию «гипнотического ограбления» нескольких баров и магазинов в этих странах. Во всех случаях, кроме одного, кассирши безмолвно отдавали выручку, а потом не могли это подтвердить. Сейчас перед законодателями Евросоюза поставлен вопрос о более активном, чем раньше, привлечении к расследованиям отдельных видов преступлений специалистов с экстрасенсорными способностями.
В середине недели представители Следственного комитета при прокуратуре РФ по Омской области заявили, что собираются привлечь ясновидящих к поиску 11-летней школьницы Дарьи Некрасовой, пропавшей еще 9 апреля. Что примечательно: эта новость никого особенно не удивила. Ведь еще месяц назад на официальном уровне было признано, что российские следователи используют в своей работе нетрадиционные, если не сказать, паранормальные методы.

Для раскрытия каких преступлений следователи «мобилизовывали» людей со сверхъестественными способностями, попытались выяснить «Новые Известия».
Парапсихология, возможности гипнотического воздействия на человека интересовали представителей спецслужб и силовиков еще с начала прошлого века. За людьми, обладающими экстрасенсорными возможностями, в Советском Союзе шла настоящая охота. Так, например, известно, что у Сталина были специальные лаборатории, а астрологов и гипнологов для него выискивали по всей стране. Но и после кончины тирана спецслужбы не забыли о людях с уникальными возможностями.
Под гипнозом вербовки
«Это было в 1982 году. Я только что отслужил в армии, – вспоминает в интервью «НИ» руководитель Московской школы гипноза Геннадий Гончаров. – Люди из КГБ настоятельно рекомендовали мне сотрудничать с ними. Обещали квартиру в Москве и продвижение по службе. Мне говорили, что я буду в составе делегации участвовать в переговорах или присутствовать на конференциях, распознавая людей, поддающихся гипнозу, и влияя на них. Я думаю, речь шла о разведывательной деятельности». Гончаров тогда предпочел этой работе эстраду, где многие годы выступал с психологическими опытами.
