The inspection department of the city of Khabarovsk of the GIMS Center of the Main Directorate of the EMERCOM of Russia in the Khabarovsk Territory was visited by unusual guests. Children with disabilities came with their parents to learn more about the water boats of the rescue department, the rules of behavior near the water.
