Russian export companies lead in the volume of bribes abroad

Российские экспортные компании лидируют по объемам взяток за границей

Такие данные приводит в рейтинге взяточничества Transparency International. Из максимальных десяти наша страна набрала 6,1 балла и заняла последнее место в списке. Перед Россией идут Китай и Мексика с примерно такими же оценками. Самыми честными признаны компании из Нидерландов и Швейцарии, но и они не набрали десяти баллов. Лишь 8,8. У США — 8,1.
Подробности Business FM рассказала директор российского отделения Transparency International Елена Панфилова:
«Основная тенденция, которая прослеживается на международном уровне, она коррелирует с тем, что мы видим непосредственно в нашей стране. Наиболее коррумпированными признаны такие сектора экономики как госконтракты, строительство, коммунальная сфера, управление природными ресурсами. Важно отметить, что те страны, которые показали лучшие баллы, набрали 8,8 балла — Нидерланды, Швейцария. А также страны, которые рапортуют о том, что коррупция побеждена, тоже не набрали 10 баллов».
В США, Западной Европе или скандинавских странах уровень коррупции почти нулевой, поэтому россияне не работают там через взятки. В азиатских странах коррупция — традиционный ключ к развитию бизнеса. Строительство, недвижимость, девелопмент — в этих отраслях взятки облегчают согласования документов на землю и строения и ускоряют процесс, говорит генеральный директор агентства разведывательных технологий «Р-Техно» Роман Ромачёв:
«Коррупция у нас уже в крови. И поэтому когда российские бизнесмены пытаются выйти на зарубежный рынок, они пытаются совать взятки, деньги кому попало, лишь бы благополучно устроиться. Если вы работаете в какой-то среднеазиатской республике, где уровень коррупции очень высокий, запредельный, то там доят, доят и еще раз доят наших российских предпринимателей. Мы с этим сталкивались уже неоднократно».
Рейтинг Transparency International составлялся на основе опроса трех тысяч бизнесменов, имеющих дело с экспортёрами и инвесторами, из 28 наиболее развитых или бурно развивающихся экономик мира. Исходя из собственной практики они оценивали насколько часто предприниматели той или иной страны дают взятки и решают свои бизнес-дела неформальными способами.
