In Krasnoyarsk, two system administrators were convicted of stealing funds from personal accounts of Internet service providers, the press service of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate in the Krasnoyarsk Territory said.
The Leninsky District Court of Krasnoyarsk sentenced two Krasnoyarsk residents born in 1985 and 1990, accused of fraud and unlawful access to computer information.
As the investigators of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate in the Krasnoyarsk Territory established, one of the young people made 22 unauthorized access to computer-protected information on the personal accounts of legitimate users of the Sayany LLC local network. In addition, the attacker with his accomplice also made 5 illegal accesses to the similar information of users of another network - LLC Multi-Net. As a result of illegal actions, the guys transferred money from the personal accounts of subscribers of the network of Multi-Net LLC.
The police proved the theft of funds in the amount of 10 thousand rubles, but the investigation has reason to believe that not all criminal actions of these citizens became known to the investigation. Both young men worked as system administrators in different companies, using their skills for criminal purposes.

Осуждены 2 сисадмина, потрошившие счета интернет-пользователей

В Красноярске осуждены два системных администратора, похищавших средства с лицевых счетов абонентов интернет-провайдеров, сообщила пресс-служба ГУВД по Красноярскому краю.
Ленинским районныйм судом Красноярска вынесен приговор двум красноярцам 1985 и 1990 г.р., обвиняемым в мошенничествах и неправомерном доступе к компьютерной информации.
Как установили следователи ГУВД по Красноярскому краю, один из молодых людей совершил 22 неправомерных доступа к охраняемой законом компьютерной информации о лицевых счетах законных пользователей локальной сети ООО "Саяны". Кроме того, злоумышленник со своим сообщником совершил также 5 неправомерных доступов к аналогичной информации пользователей другой сети — ООО "Мульти-Нет". В результате незаконных действий парни перевели денежные средства с лицевых счетов абонентов сети ООО "Мульти-Нет".
Милиционеры доказали факты хищения денежных средств на сумму 10 тысяч рублей, однако у следствия есть основания полагать, что не все преступные действия данных граждан стали известны следствию. Оба молодых человека работали системными администраторами в разных компаниях, используя свои навыки в преступных целях.
