A competent lawyer will always find loopholes and legal aspects. Like journalists, we are guided by the law of Ukraine on information. Он дослужился до капитана и убедился, что работа рядового милиционера — тяжелая, неблагодарная и мало оплачиваемая — и ушел в бизнес, где добился неплохих результатов.
Но кровь играла, хотелось снова разгадывать загадки, а на работе получать не только деньги, но и адреналин. По совету друзей из Москвы, Дмитрий бросил бизнес и в тандеме с коллегой Юрием Адамовским решился на старт сомнительного дела — открыл детективное агентство.
В России есть закон о деятельности частных детективов, представители этой профессии защищены законом, имеют доступ к определенной информации, могут пользоваться оружием и вплотную взаимодействуют с государственными правоохранителями. У нас же такие организации работают фактически на птичьих правах.
«Нам нужен четкий правовой закон о деятельности частных детективов, основанный на опыте европейских стран или России. Сейчас на Украине запрещена не детективная деятельность, а некоторые ее элементы. Например, нарушение тайны переписки, телефонных разговоров, и другой корреспонденции, которая передается средствами связи или через компьютер. Это уже статья, за которую полагается срок от 3 до 7 лет. Также мы не можем пользоваться оружием. Но поверьте моему опыту, любой вопрос можно решить законным путем. Есть целая наука, которая помогает нам это делать, — юриспруденция. Приходится работать по принципу «что не запрещено законом, то разрешено». Грамотный юрист всегда найдет лазейки и правовые аспекты. Как и журналисты, мы руководствуемся законом Украины об информации. Я сотрудник журнала, где веду криминальную рубрику, это тоже помогает в работе детектива. А как адвокат руководствуюсь законом об адвокатуре и имею право на собственные расследования», — рассказывает Дмитрий Широкий.

Он флиртовал с аферисткой, вешал лапшу на уши — обещал устроить ее в налоговую инспекцию на хлебное местечко. А через два дня переспал с ней, выложив крупную сумму.
Чтобы тоже вскружить голову «сахарному магнату», дама дарила приятные мелочи новой пассии — переплавляла и переделывала золотые украшения, подаренные мужем заказчицы. Детективы зафиксировали все на видео и аудио. Муж клиентки сразу даже не поверил — тогда детективы сделали для него исключение, встретились лично и подтвердили, что жена не обманывает. Мужчина от стыда расплакался прямо в кабинете сыщиков.
Брачные аферы — явление распространенное. И промышляют ими не только представители прекрасного пола. К Широкому обратилась достаточно богатая украинка, владелица крупной сети бизнеса. Она влюбилась в очень делового мужчину, все время разъезжающего по командировкам. А тот как бы невзначай брал у женщины деньги. Альфонса в нем она заподозрила случайно, прочитала о таких мужчинах в Интернете — заинтересовалась и решила проверить. Благо, возможность такая была. Детективы установили за альфонсом наблюдение и убедились, что это профессиональный командировочный аферист-многоженец. У него были состоятельные женщины в Германии, Польше, России и Украине и масса паспортов. За два месяца он успел объехать 7 семей, в каждой из которых взял деньги. Практически со всеми женами он был среди соучредителей бизнеса. Позиционировал себя очень занятым бизнесменом, хотя ничего из себя не представлял. Это дело детективы назвали «Шейх».
Часто клиенты просят присмотреть за женой, которой не доверяют, например, на отдыхе. Дмитрию приходилось ездить за супругами состоятельных мужей и в Египет, и в Турцию. «Эти курортные романы — сами понимаете. У женщины появился ухажер, мы позвонили мужу, он все понял. И попросил: постараться помешать. Нашими стараниями у девушки не получается с одним, потом с другим. Например, в этом случае мы знакомили мужчин, с которыми флиртовала объект слежки, другими женщинами. И нашей подопечной это не нравилось», — смеется Дмитрий. При наличии у клиента необходимой суммы, он готов проследить за человеком хоть на Северном Полюсе. Часто выручает аутсорсинг — передача заказа или его части детективному агентству за рубежом.
Но лидер хит-парада смешных заказов украинского агентства уникален. В Луганский офис детективов явился 80-летний дедушка, бросил на стол 1000 гривен и сказал: «Мне бабка 50 лет назад рога наставила. Найдите, кто это был!». Дедушке долго объясняли, дескать, много лет прошло, зачем вам это. Но тот стоял на своем: найдите — и все. Пришлось корректно отказать.
Богатырева стала психоаналитиком
Агентство Дмитрия внедрило еще одно новшество в работу отечественных детективов — психоаналитический отдел во главе с Еленой Богатыревой. Дело в том, что большинство клиентов приходят с проблемами, значит, на душе у них неспокойно. Скажем, есть подтверждение того, что муж или жена изменяет. Что будет, если предоставить информацию заказчику? Это может быть повод для развода, да и рукоприкладство не исключено. Спрашиваю Дмитрия, почему назвали агентство «НЛС». Оказалось, что по аналогии с российским Агентством нестандартных личных ситуаций, описанном в детективно-юмористическом сериале. Впрочем, агентство «Лунный свет» тоже существует. В Крыму. Его открыл товарищ Дмитрия Широкого. Путали детективное агентство и с другим популярным телепроектом — «Охотники за приведениями». В офис действительно приходили люди и жаловались, что в доме завелись приведения, просили срочно установить аппаратуру и ловить их. Самое смешное, что клиенты были готовы платить за работу деньги.
Приходится ловить и «приведения». Речь идет об интернет-инвестициях. Сейчас агентство Дмитрия занимается поиском владельцев сайтов, которые предлагают пользователю вложить небольшую сумму и получать дивиденды. Тысячи людей безвозвратно инвестируют туда по $50, а мошенник безнаказанно обогащается. Детективы выяснили, что в организации этого бизнеса замешаны крупные чиновники. И фактически вышли на руководителя махинаций, который живет в Амстердаме, но приостановить работу сайтов не получается. Сейчас детективы обращаются к прессе, чтобы хоть предостеречь людей.
«Попадаются бабушки и дедушки, которые вкладывают туда последнее. А интернет сложно контролировать, нет как такового собственника. Да и деньги переводятся по системе web-money. Вычислить организаторов практически невозможно», — говорит Дмитрий.
Расследуют и более осязаемые махинации. Например, внедряют своего человека на предприятие, чтобы найти, кто получает «откаты» и не дает компании нормально развиваться. Недавно группа детективов раскрыла пропажу стройматериалов на 200 000 гривен. Оказалось, что в тандеме работали кладовщики и грузчики. Они увозили песок и цемент налево, пока не пришел новый специалист внутренней службы безопасности и нанял детективов. Работа сыщиков обошлась в $7 тысяч.
Также в перечне необычных услуг — выбивание долгов. «Есть «черные» и «белые» коллекторы. «Черные» работают бандитскими методами — вывозят в лес и угрожают. Мы работаем законными методами, хотя для них необходимо больше времени», — рассказывает наш собеседник.
Еще детективы могут установить факт отцовства или материнства, проведя экспертизу ДНК, причем все конфиденциально — достаточно ногтя или волоса человека.
А сейчас и вовсе организовывают розыгрыш в виде подарка на день рождения очень состоятельному человеку. По заказу друзей утром бизнесмена как следует напугают: украдут, завяжут глаза, посадят в машину и вывезут в лес. Там именинника ожидает накрытая «поляна» и друзья.

Дмитрий Широкий рекомендует перед тем, как обратиться к детективу, хорошенько подумать: способны ли вы справиться с проблемой самостоятельно? Если да — занимайтесь. «Люди должны понимать, что такое частный детектив и за что платят деньги. Никто не гарантирует результат на 100%. Детектив может сделать все возможное, ведь мы не боги и не ясновидящие, а суммы могут выскакивать баснословные. Люди платят за то, что в сложной ситуации за них будет думать группа людей и принимать действительно правильное решение. Когда за сложную операцию с вас просят 1000 гривен, задумайтесь. Это явное «кидалово». Мошенники просто заберут деньги, а вам расскажут легенду, потому что даже наружное наблюдение требует больших затрат: бензин, работа людей, телефонные переговоры», — предупреждает Широкий
Эксперт советует проверить у сыщика документы. Тот должен быть юридическим лицом или частным предпринимателем. Обязательно следует составлять договор. Даже в случае некорректного звучания услуги можно оформить ее как информационно-консультативную.

Агентство Дмитрия внедрило еще одно новшество в работу отечественных детективов — психоаналитический отдел во главе с Еленой Богатыревой. Дело в том, что большинство клиентов приходят с проблемами, значит, на душе у них неспокойно. Скажем, есть подтверждение того, что муж или жена изменяет. Что будет, если предоставить информацию заказчику? Это может быть повод для развода, да и рукоприкладство не исключено. Поэтому детективы, прежде чем раскрыть результаты проверок, направляют клиента к психологу, который определяет, готов ли человек воспринимать ту или иную информацию.
Более того, психолог может помочь сохранить семью и добрые отношения. Он выстраивает этих отношений и подсказывает молодым, как действовать. У любого конфликта есть причина. Если найти ее и деликатно устранить, можно спасти брак. Нужно внести в отношения игру, экстрим, впечатления — тогда они разгорятся с новой силой.
Вот еще один пример из жизни. Жена скрывала от мужа, что зарабатывает колоссальные деньги. Когда мужчина об этом узнал, возник комплекс — кому он нужен? Он намеревался уходить, отношения испортились. Тогда детективы разработали интересную стратегию: с помощью психолога настроили его так, что мужчина и женщина стали конкурировать. Для них началась игра — кто больше заработает. «Вышли на этот заказ случайно, супруга на самом деле хотела узнать, изменяет ли ей муж. И выяснились интересные подробности. Опираясь на опыт западных коллег, мы пришли к выводу, что профессия психолога незаменима в таких делах, хотя раньше была невостребованной» — рассказывает хозяин агентства.
Незаменим психолог и в «детских» делах. Часто родители заказывают слежку за своим чадом. Как минимум — чтобы узнать, курит ребенок или нет. Как максимум — чтобы предотвратить возможные контакты с наркоманами. Если за ребенком замечены грешки, начинается работа психолога с родителями, чтобы взрослые не «взорвались» и не сделали еще хуже. Вместе с детективами психологи придумывают схемы, помогающие ребенку пойти на контакт. Уже бывали прецеденты, когда непутевые ребята через несколько месяцев начинали хорошо учиться, заниматься в кружках и встречаться с приличными девочками. «Часто маются дурью дети состоятельных родителей, ведь занятые мама и папа не могут полностью проследить за жизнью своего чада. А любого человека важно заинтересовать, чтобы проснулся интерес к жизни, была цель. Особенно это касается детей», — убежден Дмитрий Широкий.
Элементарно, Ватсон!
Спрашиваю Дмитрия, почему назвали агентство «НЛС». Оказалось, что по аналогии с российским Агентством нестандартных личных ситуаций, описанном в детективно-юмористическом сериале. Впрочем, агентство «Лунный свет» тоже существует. В Крыму. Его открыл товарищ Дмитрия Широкого. Путали детективное агентство и с другим популярным телепроектом — «Охотники за приведениями». В офис действительно приходили люди и жаловались, что в доме завелись приведения, просили срочно установить аппаратуру и ловить их. Самое смешное, что клиенты были готовы платить за работу деньги.
Приходится ловить и «приведения». Речь идет об интернет-инвестициях. Сейчас агентство Дмитрия занимается поиском владельцев сайтов, которые предлагают пользователю вложить небольшую сумму и получать дивиденды. Тысячи людей безвозвратно инвестируют туда по $50, а мошенник безнаказанно обогащается. Детективы выяснили, что в организации этого бизнеса замешаны крупные чиновники. И фактически вышли на руководителя махинаций, который живет в Амстердаме, но приостановить работу сайтов не получается. Сейчас детективы обращаются к прессе, чтобы хоть предостеречь людей.
«Попадаются бабушки и дедушки, которые вкладывают туда последнее. А интернет сложно контролировать, нет как такового собственника. Да и деньги переводятся по системе web-money. Вычислить организаторов практически невозможно», — говорит Дмитрий.
Расследуют и более осязаемые махинации. Например, внедряют своего человека на предприятие, чтобы найти, кто получает «откаты» и не дает компании нормально развиваться. Недавно группа детективов раскрыла пропажу стройматериалов на 200 000 гривен. Оказалось, что в тандеме работали кладовщики и грузчики. Они увозили песок и цемент налево, пока не пришел новый специалист внутренней службы безопасности и нанял детективов. Работа сыщиков обошлась в $7 тысяч.
Также в перечне необычных услуг — выбивание долгов. «Есть «черные» и «белые» коллекторы. «Черные» работают бандитскими методами — вывозят в лес и угрожают. Мы работаем законными методами, хотя для них необходимо больше времени», — рассказывает наш собеседник.
Еще детективы могут установить факт отцовства или материнства, проведя экспертизу ДНК, причем все конфиденциально — достаточно ногтя или волоса человека.
А сейчас и вовсе организовывают розыгрыш в виде подарка на день рождения очень состоятельному человеку. По заказу друзей утром бизнесмена как следует напугают: украдут, завяжут глаза, посадят в машину и вывезут в лес. Там именинника ожидает накрытая «поляна» и друзья.
Сыщика вызывали?!
Дмитрий Широкий рекомендует перед тем, как обратиться к детективу, хорошенько подумать: способны ли вы справиться с проблемой самостоятельно? Если да — занимайтесь. Но если сомневаетесь в успехе, доверьте работу профессионалу и не мешайте. «Бывали случаи, когда я отказывал заказчику после его рассказов о том, как он сам пытался решить проблему. Потому что уже сделаны ошибки, исправить которые практически невозможно», — рассказывает Широкий.
Сегодня много детективов-одиночек. Дмитрий считает, что почти половина из них — шарлатаны, но столько же очень толковых ребят. Тут важно помнить, что одиночка не справится с проблемой, которую одолеет коллектив. Даже качественно провести наружное наблюдение без помощников очень сложно.
«Люди должны понимать, что такое частный детектив и за что платят деньги. Никто не гарантирует результат на 100%. Детектив может сделать все возможное, ведь мы не боги и не ясновидящие, а суммы могут выскакивать баснословные. Люди платят за то, что в сложной ситуации за них будет думать группа людей и принимать действительно правильное решение. Когда за сложную операцию с вас просят 1000 гривен, задумайтесь. Это явное «кидалово». Мошенники просто заберут деньги, а вам расскажут легенду, потому что даже наружное наблюдение требует больших затрат: бензин, работа людей, телефонные переговоры», — предупреждает Широкий
Эксперт советует проверить у сыщика документы. Тот должен быть юридическим лицом или частным предпринимателем. Обязательно следует составлять договор. Даже в случае некорректного звучания услуги можно оформить ее как информационно-консультативную.
На прощание Дмитрий достал из тумбочки какой-то радиоприбор с антенной и вручил мне: «Это сканер жучков. Дарю! Теперь «Известия в Украине» никто не подслушает».
