В связи с прохождением нескольких циклонов на территории Хабаровского края и выпадением обильных осадков на мелких реках региона формируется вторая волна паводка. За прошедшие сутки наибольшее количество осадков выпало в бассейнах рек Бурея, Урми, Кур, Амгунь.
