On September 7, solemn events of the Ural Institute of the State Fire Service of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia were held on the square of the Soviet Army in Yekaterinburg, dedicated to swearing the employees of the federal fire service and the solemn oath of a freshman university student.
The ranks of EMERCOM of Russia were joined by 160 first-year cadets of the faculties of fire and technosphere safety, including 12 female cadets.

На площади Советской армии в Екатеринбурге 7 сентября состоялись торжественные мероприятия Уральского института ГПС МЧС России, посвященные приведению к присяге сотрудников федеральной противопожарной службы и торжественной Клятве студента первокурсников вуза.
Ряды МЧС России пополнили 160 курсантов 1 курса факультетов пожарной и техносферной безопасности, в их числе 12 курсантов-девушек.
