As part of the Agreement between the governments of the member states of the Barents Euro-Arctic Council on cooperation in the field of emergency prevention, preparedness and response to emergency situations, on September 24, 2019 in Kiruna (Sweden), the grand opening of the Barents Rescue-2019 international rescue service exercises took place, in which A group of forces and means of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia consisting of 37 people and 7 pieces of equipment took part together with representatives of emergency departments from Sweden, Norway and Finland.

В рамках Соглашения между правительствами государств-членов Совета Баренцева/Евроарктического региона о сотрудничестве в области предупреждения, готовности и реагирования на чрезвычайные ситуации 24 сентября 2019 года в Кируне (Швеция) состоялось торжественное открытие международных учений спасательных служб «Баренц Рескью-2019», в которых группировка сил и средств МЧС России в составе 37 человек и 7 единиц техники приняла участие совместно с представителями чрезвычайных ведомств из Швеции, Норвегии и Финляндии.
