"ЭТАЛОН МАРАЗМА": ЧТО ДУМАЮТ СОТРУДНИКИ ПОЛИЦИИ О КОМАНДИРОВКАХ В СОЧИ
Полицейские, прибывшие в Сочи, для обеспечения безопасности на Олимпиаде, жалуются на невыносимые условия
Многие сочинцы высказывают недовольство тем, что на время проведения Олимпиады улицы города заполнены сотрудниками полиции. Как оказалось, сами полицейские, прибывшие сюда в командировки для обеспечения безопасности игр, тоже не в восторге от «олимпийских» командировок. Так, на днях сотрудник приемной сети «Миграция и Право» Семен Симонов писал на своей страничке в Facebook о том, что ему довелось рассматривать жалобу полицейского, прибывшего в Сочи, на то, что ему не выплачивают командировочные, при том, что посуточная оплата командировок в Сочи у сотрудников и так мала (около 200-300 рублей для офицера).
Помимо финансовых проблем, есть и более серьезные причины для недовольства – бытовые. Подробный рассказ об условиях жизни и работы иногородних полицейских под красочным заголовком «Командировка в Сочи – эталон маразма» выложил на форуме сотрудников МВД один из пользователей*:
«Находимся в командировке в () п. Черешня. Казарменное положение. Однако приказа о таком условии проживания никто не видел. Все ссылаются на начальника сводного отряда полковника () но и он отказывается ознакомить личный состав с данным приказом. Приём пищи только в форменной одежде, форма постирана - ходи голодным, это тоже прихоть полковника (). Режим работы по 12 часов в сутки, четыре дня рабочие, после - отсыпной и выходной.
В отсыпной и выходной дни необходимо рвать траву на газонах и сточных канавах, кто отказывается - тому запрещено ходить в увольнение за пределы ПК-58. Для того чтобы попасть в увольнение необходимо за день до этого записаться и прибыть из увольнения не позже 18 часов, и это учитывая, что сначала с 9 часов необходимо рвать траву на территории.
От пищи в столовой у большинства сотрудников были отравления (понос и тошнота, иногда с повышенной температурой). Съездить к семье практически невозможно (по приказу полковника ()), хотя у большинства - дети и жены, которые остались без средств к существованию, так как денежным довольствием перед данной командировкой подавляющее большинство сотрудников не были обеспечены. На вопрос, где деньги (командировочные и ежемесячная зарплата) руководство пожимает плечами, ссылаясь на то, что им денег тоже никто не выплатил.
При отъезде в командировку нам была дана информация, что командировка продлится 40 суток, однако по прибытию в ПК-58 был зачитан якобы приказ о том, что продолжительность командировки 110 суток, а кому что-либо не нравится - откомандирование в подразделение через рапорт на увольнение»/
Кстати, для самих сотрудников полиции, настрой жителей города не остался не замеченным. Они и сами отмечают недовольство сочинцев:
«На маршрутах патрулирования в г. Адлере и на Красной поляне имеют места так называемые, стационарные посты, уходить с которых строго запрещено, и зачастую оправить естественные надобности негде, руководство учит "бегать в кустики", забывая, что мы офицеры полиции, а не гастарбайтеры из ближних стран. Какой смысл в этих постах и тем более в нашей длительной командировке - никому не понятно, учитывая, что никаких спортивных мероприятий не проводится, отдыхающие разъехались и местное население, и без того удрученное олимпийскими стройками, в недоумении и страхе от такого скопления в городе полиции и ДПС».
Большинство комментаторов поддерживают автора поста и отмечают, что желающих ехать в командировки в Сочи среди самих полицейских мало.
