Как сообщил министр связи РФ Николай Никифоров, в скором времени доступ к таким мессенджерам как WhatsApp, Viber и Facebook Messenger должен быть ограничен. Чиновник утверждает, что вышеперечисленные сервисы находятся в еще более затруднительном положении, чем Telegram.
