Employees of the Main Directorate of the EMERCOM of Russia for the Stavropol Territory took part in a rally dedicated to the opening of a memorial plate to perpetuate the memory of Red Army commanders who died in December 1942 during the liberation of the Stepnovsky district of the Stavropol Territory from Nazi invaders.
