On May 23, delegations of foreign diplomatic missions to the Russian Federation and the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) visited the National Crisis Management Center of the Russian Emergencies Ministry. The meeting was attended by about 30 representatives of the consulates of the EU member states and the US embassy. Foreign guests familiarized themselves with the mechanism for providing assistance to foreign citizens during an emergency in our country.
