On August 6, a conference call was held in Moscow on the restoration of communication infrastructure in the Khabarovsk Territory, Amur Region and the Jewish Autonomous Region under the leadership of Igor Chursin, Deputy Head of the Federal Communications Agency of the Russian Federation. The event was also attended by representatives of the Russian Emergencies Ministry, Roskomnadzor, the Main Departments of the Russian Emergencies Ministry and executive authorities of the Far Eastern Federal District, and telecom operators.
