A 3rd year student at the Faculty of Secondary Professional Education of the Siberian Fire and Rescue Academy of the State Fire Service of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia Nikita Golubev provided first aid and saved the life of an 11-year-old girl who nearly drowned while swimming.
