On December 27, on the Day of the Rescuer of the Russian Federation, the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation Sergey Shoigu and the head of the Russian Emergencies Ministry, Yevgeny Zinichev, laid flowers at the monument to firefighters, rescuers and veterans of the department. The ceremony was also attended by the leadership of the Ministry, employees and veterans of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia, cadets of departmental universities.

27 декабря, в День спасателя Российской Федерации, Министр обороны РФ Сергей Шойгу и глава МЧС России Евгений Зиничев возложили цветы к памятнику пожарным, спасателям и ветеранам ведомства. В церемонии также приняли участие руководство министерства, сотрудники и ветераны МЧС России, курсанты ведомственных вузов.
