Today, EMERCOM of Russia sent IL-76 to Rostov-on-Don to conduct medical and aviation evacuation of seriously ill children with various diagnoses from Rostov-on-Don to medical institutions in Moscow and St. Petersburg. All of them need urgent, highly qualified and high-tech medical care.
