A meeting of the regional commission for the prevention of emergency situations and ensuring fire safety (CoES) was held at the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia for the Novosibirsk Region, at which they discussed the degree of preparedness of the regions for the coming flood and the necessary measures in case of complication of the hydrological situation.
