INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE SECURITY GUARD

OFFICE LLC "XL V"

Appointed: from the guards LLC OA "S" (hereinafter referred to as the Agency);
Submits to: Operational duty officer, on internal affairs issues, to the General Director of LLC “XLV” (hereinafter the Company);
While at the guarded facility, he is responsible for: the safety of the Company's material assets and the safety of the Company's employees, the implementation of the access regime established by the Company;
Armament: IZH-71 pistol, special equipment, other necessary equipment and weapons;
Dress code: The uniform of the security guard is black, installed at the Agency (jacket, trousers, in summer - trousers, shirt with a tie and no tie).
DUTIES:
ATTENDANCE ON DUTY
Arrive at the object in the prescribed form of clothing, having a neat appearance;
Have a security certificate with you and permission to carry weapons;
Report any findings to the Operations Officer;
If a shortage of material assets is discovered upon taking up and on duty, immediately report to the security manager of the Company;
DURING DUTY
Be always neat, fit, polite with the employees and customers of the Company;
When implementing the access control regime in the premises of the Company, be guided by the “Regulation on access control and facility regimes” approved by the management of the Company;
When visiting the office by unauthorized persons, find out the purpose of the visit, ask for confirmation from an employee of the Company through internal communication, and if yes, skip inside the facility;
To control the issuance of keys for safes in A / m, to escort drivers-forwarding agents to the room for money recounting in accordance with the approved Instruction;
In the event of conflict situations, behave with restraint, calmly, strive to calmly stop them;

When attacking a guarded facility or employees of the Company, take measures to repel the attack, call a police force, report to the OD Agency, the security manager of the Company;
If any persons (intoxicated) are found on the territory of the guarded facility, take measures to expel them from the guarded facility, if these individuals are employees of the Company, immediately notify the management of the employee or security manager of the Company about this fact;
Take measures to comply with fire safety and require employees, visitors and customers of the Company to comply with them, in case of non-compliance with any of the Company's employees fire safety measures, report to the security manager of the Company;
PROCEDURE FOR ACTIONS BY THE SECURITY GUARD WHEN DETECTING EXPLOSIVE DEVICES AT THE OBJECT
Assesses the situation (fixes the location of detection and the appearance of a suspicious object);
Organizes the evacuation of workers from this room, closes it;
Organizes a survey of workers on the subject of forgotten things in the room;
If there is sufficient reason to consider the item found to be an explosive device, it immediately informs the Operator on duty of the Agency, the head and security manager of the Company;
Excludes people from entering the premises with a suspected object;
Disconnects the room in which the explosive device is located on the electrical panel from the electric power, organizes the evacuation of property to a safe place, ensuring its protection, attracting Company personnel for these purposes;
With the arrival of representatives of law enforcement agencies, checks documents, passes into the facility and monitors their actions;
At the end of the work, representatives of law enforcement agencies report to the Operative Duty Agent, head and security manager of the Company on the measures taken.
PROCEDURE FOR ACTIONS BY THE SECURITY GUARD FOR FIRE AT A PROTECTED OBJECT IN OFF-HOUR TIME
1. Assesses the situation (place, time, cause and area of fire) and, if necessary, immediately calls the fire brigade by telephone “01”, giving the address, floor and place of ignition;
2. Report to the Operative Operator on duty, the head and manager for the security of the Company;
3. Proceeds to extinguish the fire by regular fire extinguishing means and improvised means;
4. On arrival, the fire brigade will organize its unhindered passage to the place of ignition;
5. Report to the Operative Operator on duty, the head and manager for the security of the Company on the measures taken and the measures taken;
PROCEDURE FOR ACTION OF THE SECURITY GUARD WHEN DISABLING ELECTRICITY AT THE OBJECT

GUARD ACTIONS AT CHECKING SERVICE CARRYING:
With the arrival of the Inspector from the Internal Affairs Bodies, check the identity documents and the order for verification, signed and stamped by the head of the department of internal affairs, who appointed the inspection.
Introduce yourself, show the identity card of the guard, report on the arrival of the Inspector to the Operative Officer

Подчиняется: Оперативному дежурному, по вопросам внутреннего распорядка Генеральному директору ООО «Х Л В» (далее Компания);
Во время нахождения на охраняемом объекте отвечает за: сохранность материальных ценностей Компании и безопасность работников Компании, осуществление пропускного режима, установленного Компанией;
Вооружение: пистолет ИЖ-71, спецсредства, иное необходимое снаряжение и вооружение;
Форма одежды: форма охранника черная установленная в Агенстве (куртка, брюки, в летнее время - брюки, рубашка с галстуком и без галстука).
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ:
ПРИ ЗАСТУПЛЕНИИ НА ДЕЖУРСТВО
Прибыть на объект в установленной форме одежды, имея опрятный вид;
При себе иметь удостоверение охранника и разрешение на ношение оружия;
Об обнаруженных замечаниях доложить Оперативному Дежурному;
При обнаружении недостачи материальных ценностей при заступлении на дежурство и во время дежурства немедленно доложить менеджеру по безопасности Компании;
ВО ВРЕМЯ ДЕЖУРСТВА
Быть всегда аккуратным, подтянутым, вежливым с работниками и клиентами Компании;
При осуществлении пропускного режима в помещения Компании руководствоваться «Положением о пропускном и объектовом режимах» утвержденным руководством Компании;
При посещении офиса посторонними лицами, узнать цель посещения, запросить по внутренней связи у работника Компании подтверждение, при положительном ответе пропустить внутрь объекта;
Контролировать выдачу-сдачу ключей от сейфов в А\м, осуществлять сопровождение водителей-экспедиторов до комнаты для пересчета денежных средств в соответствии с утвержденной Инструкцией;
При возникновении конфликтных ситуаций вести себя выдержано, хладнокровно, стремиться спокойно прекратить их;
При обнаружении посягательств на собственность офиса и работников Компании, принять меры к предотвращению хищения и задержанию правонарушителей, вызвать наряд милиции, доложить ОД Агенства, менеджеру по безопасности Компании;
При нападении на охраняемый объект или на работников Компании принять меры к отражению нападения, вызвать наряд милиции, доложить ОД Агенства, менеджеру по безопасности Компании;
При обнаружении на территории охраняемого объекта лиц в состоянии алкогольного (наркотического) опьянения) принять меры к выдворению их за пределы охраняемого объекта, в случае, если данные лица являются работниками Компании, немедленно оповестить о данном факте руководство работника или менеджера по безопасности Компании;
Принимать меры по соблюдению противопожарной безопасности и требовать от работников, посетителей и клиентов Компании их соблюдения, в случае несоблюдения кем-либо из работников Компании мер противопожарной безопасности докладывать менеджеру по безопасности Компании;
ПОРЯДОК ДЕЙСТВИЙ ДЕЖУРНОГО ОХРАННИКА ПРИ ОБНАРУЖЕНИИ ВЗРЫВНЫХ УСТРОЙСТВ НА ОБЪЕКТЕ
Оценивает обстановку (фиксирует место обнаружения и внешний вид подозрительного предмета);
Организует эвакуацию работников из данного помещения, закрывает его;
Организует опрос работников на предмет забытых в помещении вещей;
При достаточных основаниях считать найденный предмет взрывным устройством немедленно сообщает Оперативному Дежурному Агенства, руководителю и менеджеру по безопасности Компании;
Исключает доступ людей в помещение с подозреваемым предметом;
Отключает на электрощите от электроэнергии помещение, в котором находится взрывное устройство, организует эвакуацию имущества в безопасное место, обеспечив его охрану, привлекая для этих целей персонал Компании;
С прибытием представителей силовых структур, проверяет документы, пропускает внутрь объекта и ведет наблюдения за их действиями;
По окончании работы представителей силовых структур докладывает Оперативному Дежурному Агенства, руководителю и менеджеру по безопасности Компании о проведенных мероприятиях.
ПОРЯДОК ДЕЙСТВИЙ ДЕЖУРНОГО ОХРАННИКА ПРИ ПОЖАРЕ НА ОХРАНЯЕМОМ ОБЪЕКТЕ В НЕРАБОЧЕЕ ВРЕМЯ
1. Оценивает обстановку (место, время, причина и площадь возгорания) и, при необходимости, немедленно вызывает пожарную команду по телефону «01», сообщив адрес, этаж и место возгорания;
2. Докладывает Оперативному Дежурному Агенства, руководителю и менеджеру по безопасности Компании;
3. Приступает к тушению очага возгорания штатными средствами пожаротушения и подручными средствами;
4. По прибытию пожарной команды организует ее беспрепятственный проход к месту возгорания;
5. Докладывает Оперативному Дежурному Агенства, руководителю и менеджеру по безопасности Компании о проведенных мероприятиях и принятых мерах;
ПОРЯДОК ДЕЙСТВИЯ ДЕЖУРНОГО ОХРАННИКА ПРИ ОТКЛЮЧЕНИИ ЭЛЕКТРОЭНЕРГИИ НА ОБЪЕКТЕ
1. Оценивает обстановку (время, количество отключенных помещений, причину отключения путем осмотра электрощита и помещений);
2. Ставит в известность Оперативного Дежурного Агенства и менеджера по безопасности Компании;
3. Если причина отключения электроэнергии находится за охраняемой территорией, то время восстановления подачи электроэнергии уточняется у дежурной службы;
4. Докладывает Оперативному Дежурному Агенства, менеджеру по безопасности и руководителю Компании о принятых мерах по ликвидации аварии;
СОТРУДНИК ООО ОА «Содействие» ПРИ НЕСЕНИИ СЛУЖБЫ ИМЕЕТ ПРАВО:
Применять в случае необходимости, оружие и специальные средства в соответствии с Законом «О частной детективной и охранной деятельности в РФ»; Законом РФ «Об оружии»;
Производить задержание лиц, совершивших правонарушения, связанные с посягательством на охраняемый объект, честь, достоинство и здоровье сотрудников компании;
ДЕЖУРНОМУ ОХРАННИКУ НА ОБЪЕКТЕ ЗАПРЕЩАЕТСЯ:
1. Спать;
2. Употреблять спиртные напитки и наркотические средства;
3. Самостоятельно изменять организацию охраны, покидать место несения службы за исключением чрезвычайных происшествий (пожары, аварии);
4. Выпускать из рук или передавать кому-либо служебное оружие или спецсредства;
5. Нарушать установленную ООО ОА «С» форму одежды для данного объекта;
6. Вскрывать кабинеты, за исключением случаев пожара или затопления, срабатывания сигнализации;
7. Отвлекаться от исполнения служебных обязанностей;
8. Приносить посторонние предметы на рабочее место;
9. Разглашать сведения, содержащие служебную и коммерческую тайну, ставшие ему известными в ходе несения службы;
10. Заниматься коммерческой деятельностью;
11. Вести неслужебные разговоры по телефону, допускать к служебному телефону, в т.ч. и работников Компании
12. Отлучаться из помещения без служебной необходимости или естественной надобности;
13. Выполнять работы, не связанные с несением службы.
14. Покидать объект до постановки помещений Компании на сигнализацию;
ДЕЙСТВИЯ ОХРАННИКА ПРИ ПРОВЕРКЕ НЕСЕНИЯ СЛУЖБЫ:
С прибытием Проверяющего из Органов Внутренних дел, проверить документы, удостоверяющие личность и предписание на проверку за подписью и печатью начальника отдела ОВД, назначившего проверку.
Представиться, показать удостоверение охранника, доложить о прибытии Проверяющего Оперативному Дежурному
По требованию Проверяющего показать разрешение на ношение оружия, номер служебного оружия (выпускать из рук оружие и документы запрещается);
При возникновении у Проверяющего вопросов, предложить ему связаться с Оперативным Дежурным
ПРАВО ПРОВЕРКИ БЕЗ ПРЕДПИСАНИЯ ПРЕДОСТАВЛЕНО:
Директору ООО ОА «С» или его помощнику.
Оперативному Дежурному или его помощнику.
Сотрудникам Лицензионно-разрешительного отдела УВД Приморского края.
Сотрудникам лицензионно-разрешительной системы Органа Внутренних дел по месту нахождения объекта.

Принимать меры по соблюдению противопожарной безопасности и требовать от работников, посетителей и клиентов Компании их соблюдения, в случае несоблюдения кем-либо из работников Компании мер противопожарной безопасности докладывать менеджеру по безопасности Компании;
ПОРЯДОК ДЕЙСТВИЙ ДЕЖУРНОГО ОХРАННИКА ПРИ ОБНАРУЖЕНИИ ВЗРЫВНЫХ УСТРОЙСТВ НА ОБЪЕКТЕ
Оценивает обстановку (фиксирует место обнаружения и внешний вид подозрительного предмета);
Организует эвакуацию работников из данного помещения, закрывает его;
Организует опрос работников на предмет забытых в помещении вещей;
При достаточных основаниях считать найденный предмет взрывным устройством немедленно сообщает Оперативному Дежурному Агенства, руководителю и менеджеру по безопасности Компании;
Исключает доступ людей в помещение с подозреваемым предметом;
Отключает на электрощите от электроэнергии помещение, в котором находится взрывное устройство, организует эвакуацию имущества в безопасное место, обеспечив его охрану, привлекая для этих целей персонал Компании;
С прибытием представителей силовых структур, проверяет документы, пропускает внутрь объекта и ведет наблюдения за их действиями;
По окончании работы представителей силовых структур докладывает Оперативному Дежурному Агенства, руководителю и менеджеру по безопасности Компании о проведенных мероприятиях.
ПОРЯДОК ДЕЙСТВИЙ ДЕЖУРНОГО ОХРАННИКА ПРИ ПОЖАРЕ НА ОХРАНЯЕМОМ ОБЪЕКТЕ В НЕРАБОЧЕЕ ВРЕМЯ
1. Оценивает обстановку (место, время, причина и площадь возгорания) и, при необходимости, немедленно вызывает пожарную команду по телефону «01», сообщив адрес, этаж и место возгорания;
2. Докладывает Оперативному Дежурному Агенства, руководителю и менеджеру по безопасности Компании;
3. Приступает к тушению очага возгорания штатными средствами пожаротушения и подручными средствами;
4. По прибытию пожарной команды организует ее беспрепятственный проход к месту возгорания;
5. Докладывает Оперативному Дежурному Агенства, руководителю и менеджеру по безопасности Компании о проведенных мероприятиях и принятых мерах;
ПОРЯДОК ДЕЙСТВИЯ ДЕЖУРНОГО ОХРАННИКА ПРИ ОТКЛЮЧЕНИИ ЭЛЕКТРОЭНЕРГИИ НА ОБЪЕКТЕ
1. Оценивает обстановку (время, количество отключенных помещений, причину отключения путем осмотра электрощита и помещений);
2. Ставит в известность Оперативного Дежурного Агенства и менеджера по безопасности Компании;
3. Если причина отключения электроэнергии находится за охраняемой территорией, то время восстановления подачи электроэнергии уточняется у дежурной службы;
4. Докладывает Оперативному Дежурному Агенства, менеджеру по безопасности и руководителю Компании о принятых мерах по ликвидации аварии;
СОТРУДНИК ООО ОА «Содействие» ПРИ НЕСЕНИИ СЛУЖБЫ ИМЕЕТ ПРАВО:
Применять в случае необходимости, оружие и специальные средства в соответствии с Законом «О частной детективной и охранной деятельности в РФ»; Законом РФ «Об оружии»;
Производить задержание лиц, совершивших правонарушения, связанные с посягательством на охраняемый объект, честь, достоинство и здоровье сотрудников компании;
ДЕЖУРНОМУ ОХРАННИКУ НА ОБЪЕКТЕ ЗАПРЕЩАЕТСЯ:
1. Спать;
2. Употреблять спиртные напитки и наркотические средства;
3. Самостоятельно изменять организацию охраны, покидать место несения службы за исключением чрезвычайных происшествий (пожары, аварии);
4. Выпускать из рук или передавать кому-либо служебное оружие или спецсредства;
5. Нарушать установленную ООО ОА «С» форму одежды для данного объекта;
6. Вскрывать кабинеты, за исключением случаев пожара или затопления, срабатывания сигнализации;
7. Отвлекаться от исполнения служебных обязанностей;
8. Приносить посторонние предметы на рабочее место;
9. Разглашать сведения, содержащие служебную и коммерческую тайну, ставшие ему известными в ходе несения службы;
10. Заниматься коммерческой деятельностью;
11. Вести неслужебные разговоры по телефону, допускать к служебному телефону, в т.ч. и работников Компании
12. Отлучаться из помещения без служебной необходимости или естественной надобности;
13. Выполнять работы, не связанные с несением службы.
14. Покидать объект до постановки помещений Компании на сигнализацию;
ДЕЙСТВИЯ ОХРАННИКА ПРИ ПРОВЕРКЕ НЕСЕНИЯ СЛУЖБЫ:
С прибытием Проверяющего из Органов Внутренних дел, проверить документы, удостоверяющие личность и предписание на проверку за подписью и печатью начальника отдела ОВД, назначившего проверку.
Представиться, показать удостоверение охранника, доложить о прибытии Проверяющего Оперативному Дежурному
По требованию Проверяющего показать разрешение на ношение оружия, номер служебного оружия (выпускать из рук оружие и документы запрещается);
При возникновении у Проверяющего вопросов, предложить ему связаться с Оперативным Дежурным
ПРАВО ПРОВЕРКИ БЕЗ ПРЕДПИСАНИЯ ПРЕДОСТАВЛЕНО:
Директору ООО ОА «С» или его помощнику.
Оперативному Дежурному или его помощнику.
Сотрудникам Лицензионно-разрешительного отдела УВД Приморского края.
Сотрудникам лицензионно-разрешительной системы Органа Внутренних дел по месту нахождения объекта.
