First Deputy Minister of EMERCOM of Russia Alexander Chupriyan and Minister of Internal Affairs of Serbia Nebojsa Stefanovich opened a memorial plaque in the town of Prokuple dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the deployment of the hospital EMERCOM of the Russian Federation during the NATO bombing of Yugoslavia. The event was held as part of the international rescue exercises Serbia-2019.

Первый заместитель министра МЧС России Александр Чуприян и министр внутренних дел Сербии Небойша Стефанович открыли в городе Прокупле мемориальную доску, посвященную 20-летию развертывания госпиталя МЧС РФ во время бомбардировок НАТО Югославии.
