On June 27, in Moscow, in the Grand Kremlin Palace, a reception was held in honor of graduates of military educational organizations of higher education of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia, the Russian Ministry of Defense, the FSB of Russia, the Federal Security Service of Russia and the Federal Guard, educational institutions of higher education of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia.
