In the framework of humanitarian aid and the elimination of the consequences of emergencies in the Irkutsk region, which fell into the flooding zone, the IL-76 plane of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia flew to Irkutsk for further delivery of more than 30 tons of humanitarian aid to the emergency zone (flood dams VRD-08/24 - 26 pcs., tents 10 - local summer - 36 pcs., rescue boats 6-seater - 7 pcs., blankets - 3000 pcs.).

Самолет ИЛ-76 МЧС России в рамках оказания гуманитарной помощи и ликвидации последствия ЧС на территории Иркутской области, попавшей в зону подтопления, вылетел в Иркутск для дальнейшей доставки в зону ЧС более 30 тонн гуманитарной помощи (дамбы наливные противопаводковые ВРД-08/24 – 26 шт., палатки 10 – местные летние – 36 шт., лодки спасательные 6-ти местные – 7 шт., одеяла – 3000 шт.).
