On August 29, in the still not opened shopping and entertainment complex "Plasma" of the Murmansk Region, fire-tactical exercises (PTU) were held, in which, in addition to the Russian Emergencies Ministry, the employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Center for Disaster Medicine took part.
