As a result of the Typhoon Linlin passing in Komsomolsk-on-Amur, more than 80 mm of precipitation fell during the day. In low parts of the area there is an accumulation of a large amount of rainwater. At night, the water level on the roadway and in the yards of apartment buildings in places reached one meter. The basements of residential buildings and socially significant objects turned out to be flooded.
