In the suburbs of Khabarovsk there is an educational-methodical gathering of the Ministry of Emergency Situations for parachute training. Rescuers from the Far Eastern Regional Search and Rescue Squad (DVRPSO), the Khabarovsk Aviation Rescue Center (ASC), the Amur Rescue Center and the Specialized Fire and Rescue Unit (SSCh) of the Federal Border Guard Service in the Khabarovsk Territory take part in it. During the gathering, rescuers, firefighters and pilots of the Ministry of Emergency Situations practice the skills of parachute-free landing from the Mi-8 helicopter with the help of an emergency control system (roller release device), and perform parachute jumps from heights of up to 3 thousand meters.

В пригороде Хабаровска проходит учебно-методический сбор МЧС по парашютно-десантной подготовке. В нем принимают участие спасатели Дальневосточного регионального поисково-спасательного отряда (ДВРПСО), Хабаровского авиационно-спасательного центра (АСЦ), Амурского спасцентра и Специализированной пожарно-спасательной части (СПСЧ) ФПС по Хабаровскому краю. В ходе сбора спасатели, пожарные и летчики МЧС отрабатывают навыки беспарашютного десантирования из вертолёта Ми-8 с помощью СУР (спускового устройства роликового), и выполнят прыжки с парашютом с высоты до 3 тысяч метров.
