Since March 19, the appointment and conduct of inspections by supervisory authorities and officials of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia under the Federal Law of December 26, 2008 No. 294-ФЗ “On the Protection of the Rights of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs in the Implementation of State Control (Supervision) of Municipal Control” has been suspended to 1 May of this year on the basis of an order of the Government of the Russian Federation.

С 19 марта назначение и проведение проверок, осуществляемых органами надзора и должностными лицами МЧС России в рамках Федерального закона от 26.12.2008 № 294-ФЗ «О защите прав юридических лиц и индивидуальных предпринимателей при осуществлении государственного контроля(надзора) муниципального контроля» приостановлены до 1 мая текущего года на основании поручения Правительства РФ.
