Please clarify the initial installation data. Either "Shivganovsky" is such a rare surname that it is mentioned only on this forum in the vastness of the network, or a typo somewhere. As an example of the etymology of this surname: "shivgan" is a retinue of the Hindu god Shiva, there are Indian surnames Shivgan. Perhaps the Indian origin of the name Shivganovsky? Maybe. But unlikely.

There is an assumption that the original surname sounds like ShiRganovsky (a common surname in Ukraine). Here, at least the etymology is clear.
