Однажды мужчина, который лет 15 был счастлив в браке, попросил Охотникова "походить" за женой. А когда сыщик отчитался и выложил фотографии, у того волосы дыбом встали! Хоть по счету клиент и заплатил, но спасиба не сказал.
Частенько обращаются и с просьбой вернуть утраченное имущество. Особенно если в милицию по тем или иным причинам идти неудобно.
- Я как-то помог одной даме нетрадиционной ориентации, - по секрету рассказал мне Вячеслав Решетник, который занимается частным сыском уже четвертый год. - Эта женщина привела новую партнершу домой. А утром многого в квартире недосчиталась. Воровка оказалась жительницей Казахстана, промышлявшей проституцией на Южной трассе. С милицией девица не захотела связываться, все моей клиентке вернула и укатила на родину. Но пока я по этому делу работал, много чего криминального накопал: наркотики, сутенерство, кражи барсеток из машин (вор специально прокалывает заднее колесо и ждет, пока озадаченный водитель отвлечется). Всю эту информацию я "слил" операм - пусть разматывают. Моя же работа заканчивается там, где скажет клиент.
Директор одной крупной казанской фирмы благодаря расследованию, проведенному Решетником, вынужден был в корне поменять кадровую политику. По словам Вячеслава, бизнесмен никак не мог поймать за руку мошенника, вывозившего продукцию со склада целыми "Газелями". Когда частный сыщик отыскал "крысу", директор даже в милицию не стал заявлять, просто выгнал того работника. А детективу поручил проверить подноготную всех сотрудников. Ознакомившись же с результатами, за голову схватился!

Сел ей "на хвост", так она заметила: зашла в магазин и через подвал вышла. Но потом все же вернулась домой. Правда, не без моего участия.
А один парнишка стал из дома вещи таскать. Мать думала, что наркоман, в милицию не пошла - ко мне обратилась. Оказалось, что ее сын стал "толкиенистом". Тридцатилетний инвалид, который, как потом выяснилось, и Толкиена-то не читал, мозги подросткам пудрил, сказочки рассказывал и на "сковородке" перед университетом на гитаре играл. Те его и содержали, кто чем может. Мы сначала подумали, что здесь педофилия замешана, но оказалось, что этот "толкиенист" просто мошенник. В последнее время я его что-то не вижу. Ведь милиция занимается такими делами лишь тогда, когда долговое обязательство можно доказать, а это не всегда просто. Раньше по долгам обращались к браткам. Те выбивали задолженность за определенный процент. Но теперь, по словам частных сыщиков, УБОП держит бандитов под контролем: чуть что - "маски-шоу" устраивает.
- В России, а особенно в Татарстане, кинуть партнера - святое дело! - считает Александр Охотников. - Потом и следов должника не найдешь! Это в Штатах налоговая полиция за тобой следит строго. Если тебя не окажется по тому же адресу или телефону, которые указаны в договоре, то ты больше не бизнесмен. А у нас все наоборот: если ты сидишь по тому же адресу и телефону, что указаны в лицензии, ты полный идиот!
Правда, силу к должникам частные детективы не применяют. Те только и ждут, пока на них наедут, а потом идут в милицию жаловаться: деньги, мол, вымогают.
- Как-то братки "стрелку" мне назначали, когда я на них вышел в поисках должника, - вспоминает Решетник. - Мы, дескать, "первогорковские", разберемся по понятиям. Я им говорю: по вашим понятиям жить никогда не буду, ведь я мент по жизни. Тогда они сразу сориентировались. Ах, ты мент? Тогда мы на тебя в прокуратуру будем жаловаться. А где же, говорю, ваши понятия?
"Вы за деньги, а мы - за родину!"
Хотя частный детектив и не имеет всех возможностей, которые предоставляет статус сотрудника МВД, зато он не обременен и дополнительными обязанностями оперативников: отчеты, рейды, совещания...
- Мы работаем на человека, на результат, - говорит Охотников. - Напиши я хоть 30 листов отчета, если задание клиента не выполнено, денег я не получу.
Частный сыщик может себе позволить заниматься только одним делом, тогда как следователи одновременно ведут по 15 - 20 дел. Вячеслав Решетник уверен:
- Есть в милиции нормальные люди! Они только рады бывают нашей информации. Но некоторые видят в нас конкурентов. Вы, мол, за деньги работаете, а мы - за родину. Зачем такому параллельное расследование? Не дай бог, не туда влезем! И такое бывало. Как-то ко мне обратился потерпевший по уже заведенному уголовному делу. У него из квартиры вытащили сейф. Кражу взял на себя задержанный по подозрению малолетка. Да парнишка один даже поднять-то этот сейф не смог бы! А на его сообщников, у одного из которых мать была высокопоставленным чиновником, следователь "закрыла глаза". Мне удалось собрать доказательства для обвинения подельников. Но следователь упорно отказывалась их принимать. Только когда ее сменили, удалось осудить всех причастных к этой краже

- В России, а особенно в Татарстане, кинуть партнера - святое дело! - считает Александр Охотников. - Потом и следов должника не найдешь! Это в Штатах налоговая полиция за тобой следит строго. Если тебя не окажется по тому же адресу или телефону, которые указаны в договоре, то ты больше не бизнесмен. А у нас все наоборот: если ты сидишь по тому же адресу и телефону, что указаны в лицензии, ты полный идиот!
Правда, силу к должникам частные детективы не применяют. Те только и ждут, пока на них наедут, а потом идут в милицию жаловаться: деньги, мол, вымогают.
- Как-то братки "стрелку" мне назначали, когда я на них вышел в поисках должника, - вспоминает Решетник. - Мы, дескать, "первогорковские", разберемся по понятиям. Я им говорю: по вашим понятиям жить никогда не буду, ведь я мент по жизни. Тогда они сразу сориентировались. Ах, ты мент? Тогда мы на тебя в прокуратуру будем жаловаться. А где же, говорю, ваши понятия?
"Вы за деньги, а мы - за родину!"
Хотя частный детектив и не имеет всех возможностей, которые предоставляет статус сотрудника МВД, зато он не обременен и дополнительными обязанностями оперативников: отчеты, рейды, совещания...
- Мы работаем на человека, на результат, - говорит Охотников. - Напиши я хоть 30 листов отчета, если задание клиента не выполнено, денег я не получу.
Частный сыщик может себе позволить заниматься только одним делом, тогда как следователи одновременно ведут по 15 - 20 дел. Вячеслав Решетник уверен:
- Есть в милиции нормальные люди! Они только рады бывают нашей информации. Но некоторые видят в нас конкурентов. Вы, мол, за деньги работаете, а мы - за родину. Зачем такому параллельное расследование? Не дай бог, не туда влезем! И такое бывало. Как-то ко мне обратился потерпевший по уже заведенному уголовному делу. У него из квартиры вытащили сейф. Кражу взял на себя задержанный по подозрению малолетка. Да парнишка один даже поднять-то этот сейф не смог бы! А на его сообщников, у одного из которых мать была высокопоставленным чиновником, следователь "закрыла глаза". Мне удалось собрать доказательства для обвинения подельников. Но следователь упорно отказывалась их принимать. Только когда ее сменили, удалось осудить всех причастных к этой краже
