Investors came into the region and asked what kind of organization it was, whether it was possible to work with it. Now the opposite is true. Speaking in Russian, the population has no money. The detective did not want to talk about the cost of services; he referred to commercial secrets. With potential customers, he also does not discuss price directly. On the website of the detective law agency in the section "Cost of services" the following is written:

Мы же знаем об этой профессии только из книг и фильмов. Какие из этих представлений правда, а какие – миф? Например, обращаются ли к сыщикам ульяновские ревнивцы, чтобы уличить супругу в неверности? Приходится ли шпионить за злодеями сутки напролет? Есть ли в арсенале секретные гаджеты? На условиях анонимности местный частный детектив поделился с «Ульяновской правдой» некоторыми фактами о своей профессии.
- Я стал частным детективом в декабре 2000 года. До этого работал в уголовном розыске. В то время очень выгодно было этим заниматься. Во-первых, потому что не так развит был Интернет, не было практически никакой информации в открытом доступе. Во-вторых, экономическая ситуация была проще, у людей были деньги.

- Стоило два-три раза дать объявление, как клиенты пошли. Восемьдесят процентов обращений были личного характера, двадцать процентов – юридические вопросы компаний. По партнерам, по сделкам. В область заходили инвесторы и справлялись, что за организация, можно ли с ней работать. Сейчас все наоборот. Если сказать по-русски, у населения денег нет. И организациям сложно, но у них безвыходное положение. Мы им нужны.
О стоимости услуг детектив говорить не захотел, сослался на коммерческую тайну. С потенциальными клиентами он тоже не обсуждает прайс напрямую. На сайте детективно-правового агентства в разделе «Стоимость услуг» написано следующее:
«Честно сказать, мы даже и не знаем, как можно представить здесь хоть какой-нибудь прайс-лист на услуги столь щекотливого характера. Ведь каждый клиент обращается со своей собственной (уникальной) проблемой, для решения которой требуется индивидуальный подход.
Да, есть наработанная практика представления детективных и юридических услуг. Но жизнь значительно разнообразней и совершенно непредсказуема. В противном случае частные детективы, юристы и адвокаты были бы просто не нужны. Стоимость услуг зависит от сложности поставленной задачи, продолжительности работы и величины сопутствующих расходов…».
Чтобы дать читателям хотя бы приблизительный ответ на этот любопытный вопрос, мы порылись на разных сайтах и выяснили, что в соседней Самаре услуга по розыску обходится минимум в 30 тысяч рублей, а один час работы «экипажа» (автомобиля с двумя сотрудниками) стоит от 2500 рублей.

- Драки, погони, оружие,- всё это частному детективу не нужно. Вот даже в голове этого нет. Когда работал в уголовном розыске, приходилось преступников задерживать, да, и то очень редко использовал оружие. Частному детективу можно использовать газовое оружие, дубинку, наручники… но для чего? Конечно, если будет угроза моей или чьей-то жизни, то использовать спецсредства законно. Чаще всего не приходится.
Детектив рассказал, что он много работает с документами и базами данных, а двое его коллег – «в полях». Рассказал, что у них есть выходные и праздники, семьи, личная жизнь, сон и отдых. Но на вопрос, похожи ли их рабочие дни на рутину обычного офисного работника, рассмеялся.
Второй миф о профессии. Слежка за неверной женой или мужем
- Мы не лезем в личную жизнь. Это незаконно. Ревнивцы, конечно, обращаются, но редко. Особенно сейчас. Повторюсь, у людей денег нет, даже у богатых, они не хотят тратиться на это. Но когда приходят за такого рода помощью, мы помогаем, просто идём другим путём. Можно провести развед-опрос. Соседки, подружки, коллеги много могут рассказать: когда и на сколько отлучается, с кем уезжает. Так сделать можно. Если человек хочет следить, то объясняем, как следить, где, на каком расстоянии. Сам супруг может это сделать, не мы.
- Раз упомянули развед-опрос… Как люди реагируют, когда к ним на беседу приходит частный детектив?
- Очень положительно, я даже не ожидал. Представляешься, показываешь удостоверение (всегда с собой его ношу), рассказывают всё что угодно. Главное - не шифроваться, сразу говорить о своих целях, тогда получишь честность в ответ.
Третий миф о профессии. Детективы – гении, которые решают только суперсложные задачи
Частники – по сути те же детективы, что и в полиции. К ним приходят люди, которые не знают, подпадают ли действия их обидчика под уголовное наказание или нет, есть ли смысл писать заявление. Например, вы дали человеку в долг, взяли с него расписку, а человек пропал…
- Начинаем искать должника, оказывается, что он так еще несколько человек подставил. Это уже состав преступления. Пытаемся установить, где скрывается. Собираем на него информацию и передаем в органы. Есть дела, которые можно раскрыть по горячим следам и привлечь к ответственности преступника. Можем сами провести расследование и передать наши материалы с сопроводительным письмом в полицию. Там нашего клиента уже будут ждать.
Искать пропавших людей приходится чаще всего. Не только кредиторов. Иногда это действительно сложно. Наш герой до сих пор помнит случай, который произошел в городе 15 лет назад:
- Пропал парень. Не из нормальных, хулиган. Когда пришла его мать, она уже слышала разговоры о том, что сына нет в живых. Просила: хотя бы труп найдите, я хочу его похоронить. Мы нашли. Парня закопали под кострищем, зимой. Установить место было очень сложно. Но кто это сделал, мы так и не узнали…
Работодатели «пробивают» потенциальных сотрудников через частных детективов. А вот это не миф
- Вот директор крупной фирмы хочет поставить руководителем филиала того или иного человека. Обращается к нам, чтобы побольше узнать об этом человеке. Приезжают даже из других городов за этой услугой.
Помогаем собрать данные частным лицам, организациям и даже государственным учреждениям. Не скажу каким. Госучреждениям помогаем просто так, безо всяких договоров.
- А социальные сети для работы используете?
- Конечно. Люди, не задумываясь, сообщают о себе в соцсетях все подряд. Никаких взломов страниц, простой мониторинг соцсетей – и вот мы уже нашли человека, узнали, где он бывает, с кем общается, кем является.

- Мы не лезем в личную жизнь. Это незаконно. Ревнивцы, конечно, обращаются, но редко. Особенно сейчас. Повторюсь, у людей денег нет, даже у богатых, они не хотят тратиться на это. Но когда приходят за такого рода помощью, мы помогаем, просто идём другим путём. Можно провести развед-опрос. Соседки, подружки, коллеги много могут рассказать: когда и на сколько отлучается, с кем уезжает. Так сделать можно. Если человек хочет следить, то объясняем, как следить, где, на каком расстоянии. Сам супруг может это сделать, не мы.
- Раз упомянули развед-опрос… Как люди реагируют, когда к ним на беседу приходит частный детектив?
- Очень положительно, я даже не ожидал. Представляешься, показываешь удостоверение (всегда с собой его ношу), рассказывают всё что угодно. Главное - не шифроваться, сразу говорить о своих целях, тогда получишь честность в ответ.
Третий миф о профессии. Детективы – гении, которые решают только суперсложные задачи
Частники – по сути те же детективы, что и в полиции. К ним приходят люди, которые не знают, подпадают ли действия их обидчика под уголовное наказание или нет, есть ли смысл писать заявление. Например, вы дали человеку в долг, взяли с него расписку, а человек пропал…
- Начинаем искать должника, оказывается, что он так еще несколько человек подставил. Это уже состав преступления. Пытаемся установить, где скрывается. Собираем на него информацию и передаем в органы. Есть дела, которые можно раскрыть по горячим следам и привлечь к ответственности преступника. Можем сами провести расследование и передать наши материалы с сопроводительным письмом в полицию. Там нашего клиента уже будут ждать.
Искать пропавших людей приходится чаще всего. Не только кредиторов. Иногда это действительно сложно. Наш герой до сих пор помнит случай, который произошел в городе 15 лет назад:
- Пропал парень. Не из нормальных, хулиган. Когда пришла его мать, она уже слышала разговоры о том, что сына нет в живых. Просила: хотя бы труп найдите, я хочу его похоронить. Мы нашли. Парня закопали под кострищем, зимой. Установить место было очень сложно. Но кто это сделал, мы так и не узнали…
Работодатели «пробивают» потенциальных сотрудников через частных детективов. А вот это не миф
- Вот директор крупной фирмы хочет поставить руководителем филиала того или иного человека. Обращается к нам, чтобы побольше узнать об этом человеке. Приезжают даже из других городов за этой услугой.
Помогаем собрать данные частным лицам, организациям и даже государственным учреждениям. Не скажу каким. Госучреждениям помогаем просто так, безо всяких договоров.
- А социальные сети для работы используете?
- Конечно. Люди, не задумываясь, сообщают о себе в соцсетях все подряд. Никаких взломов страниц, простой мониторинг соцсетей – и вот мы уже нашли человека, узнали, где он бывает, с кем общается, кем является.
