Specialists of the Center for Conducting Rescue Operations of Special Risk “Leader” EMERCOM of Russia have completed measures for the utilization of 2310 kg of chlorine. Emergency tanks with chemically hazardous substances have been stored for more than 20 years on the territory of the municipal unitary enterprise in the city of Staraya Russa, Novgorod Region.
