Today, the capital of Udmurtia was visited by the deputy head of EMERCOM of Russia Nikolay Grechushkin. He took part in a joint exit meeting of the Secretary of the Security Council of Russia and the Plenipotentiary Envoy of the President of the Russian Federation in the Volga Federal District.
