On April 3, on the Amur River, the joint operational group of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia for the Amur Region and the Amur Center for Civil Protection and Fire Safety organized preventive measures to destroy ice at the site of a possible jam formation in the Shimanovsky district.
