The forum began its work on June 25 at the Patriot Convention and Exhibition Center near Moscow. Форум начал свою работу 25 июня в подмосковном конгрессно-выставочном центре «Патриот». На церемонии открытия присутствовали Заместитель Председателя Правительства РФ Юрий Борисов, Министр обороны РФ Сергей Шойгу, Глава МЧС России Евгений Зиничев, Министр промышленности и торговли РФ Денис Мантуров, представители делового сообщества.
