Having determined the author’s affiliation to the detective with the nickname “Group K”, through a forum in PM he sent him a screen of a letter asking him to confirm its authenticity. This morning I received a message that the letter really was sent to them (the response screen attached):

In the afternoon, “Alexander” calls from cellular number +7 903 799-57-99 and expresses his request. In response to my suggestion to discuss this issue in private or in a personal forum “Alexander” said that he does not have access to private. I have not been at the forum for more than three years and in general there are only two people working there, but there are no more detectives and I sent this message via watsap (I attach the screen):
