The first stage of the IV All-Russian heroic-patriotic festival of children's and youth’s creativity “Star of Salvation”, held by the main departments of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, was attended by over sixteen and a half thousand children from all regions of Russia.
