Guarantor-Service work scheme:

1. The transfer of a personal message (PM) begins with the sending of a detailed description of the transaction from one of the participants (seller or buyer)
2. The transfer of drugs from the second participant in the transaction as a confirmation of the agreement
3. The buyer transfers the funds to the Guarantor Service. The Guarantor Service notifies the seller about this, and the seller, in turn, sends the goods / service to the buyer.
4. The buyer receives and verifies the declared quality of the product / service while informing the Guarantor Service about the result. Options for the development of events:
4.1. If the buyer is happy with everything, then the Guarantor-Service transfers the money to the seller and, at his request, leaves an informational review about successful work through the Guarantor-Service in his topic.
4.2. If the product / service does not comply with any parameters, the funds are returned to the buyer, and the goods are returned to the seller (if shipment, then at the seller’s expense). Or the goods are replaced (if agreed by the parties).
4.3. In the event of a dispute, Garant-Service makes a decision depending on personal conviction and the evidence provided.
4.4. If the seller / buyer violates the terms of the transaction (sending the goods, receiving the goods or the period of checking the goods after receipt), then under such circumstances a pause of 3 days is taken in case of force majeure.
4.5. When concluding a transaction, if the buyer / seller ignores the confirmation of the terms of the transaction, then a pause of 1 day is taken in case of force majeure.
4.6 When sending goods, the seller removes the process of packaging the goods and the fact of sending, the buyer the process of receiving the parcel from the courier and opening it, in other cases, claims are considered.
BASIC RULES:
1. In case of suspicion of fraud on the part of one of the parties to the transaction, the funds reserved in the Guarantor-Service account are frozen until the circumstances are clarified.
2. The buyer bears full responsibility if his transfer leads to the blocking of the Garant-Service account / wallet.
3. Communication with the Guarantor Service is carried out EXCLUSIVELY through personal messages in order to secure the transaction.
4. The Guarantor-Service is not responsible for the legality of transactions made by the parties. The Guarantor-Service is only responsible for the quality control of the purchase / sale operation.
5. The method of transfer, terms, currency of transfer and payments are negotiated before the transaction.
6. Transfer of funds from one payment system to another, currency conversion or commission for transfer within one payment system (qiwi - 0%, poison - 3%, sber - 1%, etc.) at the expense of the seller / buyer.
7. We recommend conducting transactions in one currency. Guarantor-Service is not responsible for changes in the exchange rate in multi-currency transactions.
8. If the transfer of money to the Guarantor is carried out in one currency, and the seller receives funds in another, the exchange rate is fixed at the time of receipt of money to the Guarantor and the funds are reserved in the currency of payments to the seller.
9. The refund from the Guarantor upon termination of a multi-currency transaction is carried out in the currency reserved for payments to the seller or in the buyer's currency at the rate fixed at the time the money was received by the Guarantor.
10. The parties may take risks when the exchange rate changes and prescribe a different payment procedure for the seller or buyer in the special conditions of the transaction.
