In Kabardino-Balkaria, a massive mountaineering action took place, timed to the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the Russian Emergencies Ministry and the 75th anniversary of victory in the Great Patriotic War. 45 rescuers from the North Caucasus, South and North-West regional search and rescue teams of the EMERCOM of Russia climbed Mount Elbrus.
