According to investigators, Yuri Derevensky illegally re-registered clients of the private security company Elf-Shield Region LLC with his own company Shield Guarantor LLC.

“Village at the end of 2010, under the pretext of a reorganization, which was not there, terminated the contracts on behalf of Elf-Shield Region LLC and concluded them with Shield Garant LLC's own company, which he created on October 14, 2010 (while receiving wages in LLC "Elf-Shield region").
Thus, the security company changed careers, kindergartens, schools and a number of other organizations. Moreover, the loss of lost customers by the private security company Elf-Shield Region LLC amounted to more than 600 thousand rubles. ”
On May 26, 2011, a criminal case was opened against Yuri Derevensky on the grounds of a crime under Part 1 of Art. 201 of the Criminal Code "Abuse of authority."
The maximum punishment provided for under this article is imprisonment for up to four years.

На директора охранной компании ООО «Щит гарант» Юрия Деревенского возбудили уголовное дело.
Частные охранные агентства ассоциируется с порядком и соблюдением закона, это люди, которые призваны за деньги нанимателей охранять имущество, однако и в этой сфере случаются поразительные случаи.
В распоряжении ИА «Тульские новости» оказалась копия постановления о возбуждении уголовного дела за номером 55-1-02-64-2011 в отношении бывшего директора охранного предприятия ООО ЧОП «Эльф-щит регион» Юрия Деревенского. Сразу поясним, что уголовное дело на руководителя ЧОПа - событие уникальное. Большинство руководителей - это выходцы из силовых структур, кроме этого, внимание органов к деятельности ЧОПов весьма пристальное, ведь ЧОПы получают лицензии, не только на свою деятельность, но и лицензию на оружие. Именно поэтому возбуждение уголовного дела - событие для этой отрасли весьма необычное.
Суть событий банальна и проста. Вместо того, чтобы открывать собственный бизнес и его развивать, Юрий Деревенский, являясь директором охранного предприятия, увел часть клиентов в свое, недавно зарегистрированное ООО (ООО «Щит гарант»), причем большинство из клиентов узнали о том, что их охраняет другой ЧОП, не сразу, их проинформировали, что это всего лишь смена названия, не более. По версии следователей, Юрий Деревенский незаконно переоформлял клиентов ЧОПа ООО «Эльф-Щит регион» на свою фирму ООО «Щит гарант».

«Деревенский в конце 2010 года под предлогом реорганизации, которой не было, расторгал контракты от имени ООО «Эльф-Щит регион» и заключал их с собственной компаний ООО «Щит гарант», созданной им 14 октября 2010 года (при этом получая заработную плату в ООО «Эльф-Щит регион»).
Таким образом, охранное предприятие поменяли карьеры, детский сады, школы и ряд других организаций. При этом ущерб фирмы ООО ЧОП «Эльф-щит регион» от потерянных клиентов составил более 600 тысяч рублей».
26 мая 2011 года в отношении Юрия Деревенского было возбуждено уголовное дело по признакам преступления, предусмотренного ч. 1 ст. 201 УК РФ «Злоупотребление полномочиями».
Предусмотренное по этой статье максимальное наказание - лишение свободы на срок до четырех лет.
