Dear friends, colleagues and partners!

In modern conditions, ensuring security and anti-terrorist security in school and preschool institutions is becoming one of the most pressing problems.

We are all parents, mothers, fathers, caring people ... Both schools and kindergartens are native educational and educational institutions for us.

That is why we must be very sensitive and concerned about the safety of our children.

Particular attention should be paid to external and internal threats to the security of public institutions, such as:

- the threat of terrorism and extremism

- the risk of involving students with the ideas of the Columbine and School Shooting movements;

- the risk of using surfactants;

- bullying and cyberbullying;

- illegal actions in relation to minors, responsibility for which is provided for by the criminal code of the Russian Federation;

- abuse of children;

- violence.

All of the above problems are interrelated and their occurrence depends on a complex of social factors and active work aimed at ensuring safety in educational institutions.

To solve these problems, there are forms and methods of work in the field of organizing security and anti-terrorist protection of educational facilities:

training of teaching staff, staff and students;

interaction with executive authorities;

interaction with law enforcement agencies;

qualified selection of security companies and security personnel;

conducting scheduled and unscheduled inspections of all types of activities that ensure the safety and anti-terrorist security of educational institutions;

improvement of the material and technical base and equipment of educational institutions with technical means of protection and control;

• study and improvement of the regulatory and legal framework in the field of integrated safety of objects of the education system.

According to the previous experience of the trade union "Legality and Law and Order", it was noted that after the introduction of a special position of "Deputy Director for Security" in educational institutions, the percentage of juvenile delinquency significantly decreased, discipline increased in general, the number of negative phenomena in adolescents and youth environment.

In order to help the management of educational institutions, we have developed a system for analyzing the security of educational institutions, which involves checking educational institutions by conducting an audit and issuing recommendations for ensuring safety. As well as further coordination and joint activities aimed at preventing offenses and increasing the level of competence of all participants in the educational process in matters of safety at a specific object of the education system.

We have developed the "Assistance" system and are developing practical recommendations on safety issues in educational institutions.
