The EMERCOM of Russia summed up the results of the federal stage of the competition for the title "Best Doctor of EMERCOM of Russia" within the framework of the All-Russian Festival "Constellation of Courage". The winner in the nomination was Viktor Belinsky, anesthesiologist-resuscitator of the airmobile hospital service and organization of medical aid in emergency situations of the Centrospas unit.

В МЧС России подвели итоги федерального этапа конкурса на звание «Лучший врач МЧС России» в рамках Всероссийского фестиваля «Созвездие мужества». Победителем в номинации стал анестезиолог-реаниматолог службы аэромобильного госпиталя и организации медицинской помощи при чрезвычайных ситуациях отряда «Центроспас» Виктор Белинский.
