Заместитель министра внутренних дел Сергей Герасимов, выступая на оперативном совещании в петербургском главке, еще раз подтвердил информацию о том, на основании чего был освобожден от занимаемой должности Михаил Суходольский. По его словам, это "связано с той информацией, которая была получена в ходе проходящей сейчас в главке проверки". "По результатам этой информации президент принял кадровое решение", - отметил он.

И.", но и приказ министра внутренних дел Рашида Нургалиева о назначении временно исполняющего обязанности на вакантную должность начальника ГУ МВД по Петербургу и области заместителя начальника главка Сергея Умнова. Сам Умнов этот приказ слушал стоя.
