Employees of the investigative-operational group of the Internal Affairs Directorate at the Moscow Metro together with the employees of the OSB Department of Internal Affairs at the MM, the Federal Security Service of Russia in Moscow and the Moscow Region, the Federal Migration Service of Russia in Moscow during the operational-search activities at the Komsomolskaya metro station of the Koltsevaya Line detained 21 participants organized criminal group - mainly natives of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Previously, information was collected confirming the criminal activity of the group. Its participants issued fake notifications of the arrival of a foreign citizen, registration certificates at the place of residence on behalf of the OUFMS of Russia, work permits for a foreigner or stateless person, and others. Fake documents fraudsters sold at the Komsomolskaya metro stations of the Koltsevaya and Sokolnicheskaya lines, as well as at Taganskaya, Dobryninskaya, Kuzminki and Prospekt Mira.
As a result of searches, office equipment was seized from them for the manufacture of fake documents, 30 mobile phones, as well as more than 100 seals and stamps, including official ones - seals of district OUFMS of the Russian Federation in Moscow and the Moscow region, various medical institutions and universities, a device for making seals.
In addition, police seized the holograms of the “FMS of the Russian Federation” and the “Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation”, blank forms and ready-made sets of documents, including forms of tractor driver's certificates, medical books and diplomas of higher educational institutions of the Russian Federation, passports of citizens of Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan, sets of documents for the lesson security activities, advertisements.
The investigative department of the Department of Internal Affairs at MM opened criminal cases under part 2 of article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Fraud".
Currently, a complex of operational-search measures and investigative actions are being taken against members of a criminal group. A check is also being conducted on their involvement in other episodes of criminal activity.

Сотрудники следственно-оперативной группы УВД на Московском метрополитене совместно с сотрудниками ОСБ УВД на ММ, УФСБ России по г. Москве и МО, УФМС Росси по г. Москве в ходе проведения оперативно-розыскных мероприятий на станции метро «Комсомольская» Кольцевой линии задержали 21 участника организованной преступной группы – в основном уроженцев Республики Узбекистан.
Ранее были собраны сведения, подтверждающие преступную деятельность группы. Её участники оформляли поддельные уведомления о прибытии иностранного гражданина, свидетельства о регистрации по месту пребывания от имени подразделений ОУФМС России, разрешения на работу иностранцу или лицу без гражданства и другие. Фиктивные документы мошенники сбывали на станциях метро «Комсомольская» Кольцевой и Сокольнической линий, а также на «Таганской», «Добрынинской», «Кузьминки» и «Проспект Мира».
В результате обысков у них была изъята оргтехника для изготовления поддельных документов, 30 мобильных телефонов, а также более 100 печатей и штампов, в том числе и гербовые – печати окружных ОУФМС РФ Москвы и Московской области, различных медучреждений и ВУЗов, устройство для изготовления печатей.
Кроме того, сотрудники полиции изъяли голограммы «ФМС РФ» и «Минздравсоцразвития РФ», пустые бланки и готовые комплекты документов, включая бланки удостоверений тракториста-машиниста, медицинские книжки и дипломы высших учебных заведений РФ, паспорта граждан Узбекистана и Киргизии, комплекты документов на занятие охранной деятельностью, рекламные объявления.
Следственным управлением УВД на ММ возбуждены уголовные дела по ч. 2 ст. 159 УК РФ «Мошенничество».
В настоящее время проводится комплекс оперативно-розыскных мероприятий и следственных действий в отношении участников преступной группы. Также проводится проверка на их причастность к другим эпизодам преступной деятельности.
