To my question, how can I report to the client for the money spent, after a while he sent four photos, which I immediately copied, he also after 30 seconds. three photos out of four removed from the correspondence.

In our International Association of Private Investigators there is an ethics committee, or in another way between colleagues we call the Court of Arbitration. "Upset" clients apply to this body of the Association, if they did not like something in the work of our members of the Association, private detectives themselves if disputes arise. "Court" has been operating for more than 10 years and has earned respect among colleagues for its impartiality and objectivity. The arbitrator, if necessary, conducts an investigation by the hands of those specialists whom he considers the most qualified in a particular field. Investigations were carried out in different countries and always, the work of this division of the Association was highly appreciated.
In this situation, I turned to the chairman of our ethics committee, threw off all the correspondence. And after a while he sent me an "interesting" photo.
