The books of act records themselves are documents of eternal storage. Directly in the archives of the registry office of Ukraine (DRACS) of Ukraine are books from 1935 and later.
Books of act records for 1917-1935 were transferred to storage in the state archives of the corresponding areas. In the Kharkov region, all books of the registry office since 1917 remained in the archive of the registry office.
