Бывший сотрудник ФСБ Алексей Смирнов и частный детектив Алексей Михайленко подозреваются в том, что пытались незаконно поставить на прослушку телефон одного из руководителей Минэнерго, а также получали от сотрудников ОАО "Вымпелком" и ОАО МТС архивы с SMS-сообщениями еще нескольких жителей Московской области. В рамках этого дела были проведены обыски в ЧОП "Белган", который, по данным ФСБ, оказывал подозреваемым содействие.
Как следует из официального сообщения СКР, противоправной деятельностью бывший сотрудник спецслужб Алексей Смирнов и частный детектив Алексей Михайленко занимались в течение двух лет. Вскрылось это лишь в мае 2012 года, когда к действующему на тот момент сотруднику ФСБ Алексею Смирнову обратился его приятель, детектив Михайленко. Он сказал, что получил заказ на прослушку мобильного телефона одного из руководителей Минэнерго. В ФСБ говорят, что компромат собирался в том числе и на высокопоставленных представителей власти, фамилии которых не афишируются.
В рамках возбужденного уголовного дела по ст. 137 (нарушение неприкосновенности частной жизни) и ст. 138 (нарушение тайны переписки, телефонных переговоров, почтовых, телеграфных или иных сообщений) УК РФ на днях были проведены обыски по местам работы и жительства Алексея Смирнова и Алексея Михайленко, а также в помещениях ЧОП "Белган". По версии контрразведчиков, эта структура "оказывала подозреваемым активное содействие". Впрочем, в чем оно выражалось, в ведомстве конкретизировать не стали. В ФСБ лишь отметили, что "в ходе обыска в ЧОПе обнаружены незаконно хранящиеся боеприпасы к стрелковому оружию".
Гендиректор ЧОП "Белган" Валерий Ганков категорически отверг причастность своей структуры к расследуемому делу. "В минувший четверг в восемь утра в нашем офисе в Мневниках устроили целое шоу. 12 следователей и 15 сотрудников физзащиты вошли в офис, где находился лишь один охранник,— рассказал "Ъ" господин Ганков.— Меня, когда я подъехал, внутрь не пустили. Мне лишь показали постановление, согласно которому обыск проводился в рамках такого-то дела в отношении таких-то лиц. "Белган" там не упоминался, а Смирнов и Михайленко к нам никакого отношения не имеют". По словам господина Ганкова, незарегистрированных боеприпасов в ЧОПе не было. "Наше предприятие имеет абсолютно легальное право на хранение не только патронов, но и оружия. Я думаю, что все произошедшее связано с происками конкурентов, поскольку недавно мы участвовали в очень серьезном тендере. Так что, откуда ноги растут, догадываюсь",— рассказал он.
ООО "ЧОП "Белган"" создано в 1997 году на базе службы безопасности официального дилера фирмы Panasonic. Учредителями организации создана Ассоциация охранных предприятий "Белган", в которую входят ЧОП "Белган", ЧОП "Стард" и ЧОП "Гринвал". На сайте охранной структуры среди клиентов значатся объекты управделами президента РФ, в том числе в подмосковных Горках-6, Жуковке, Маслово, в селах Успенском, Петрово-Дальнем, а также Рублево-Успенский лечебно-оздоровительный комплекс. Однако пресс-секретарь управления делами президента РФ Виктор Хреков опроверг сотрудничество управделами президента с ЧОП "Белган".
В ОАО "Вымпелком" "Ъ" сообщили, что они совместно с правоохранительными органами выявили факты передачи конфиденциальной информации третьим лицам бывшим сотрудником сотового оператора. "Компания заявляет, что действующая на протяжении многих лет система защиты конфиденциальной информации и персональных данных позволяет на ранней стадии выявлять попытки незаконных действий в отношении персональных данных абонентов. Благодаря этому были выявлены преступные действия, причиной которых стал человеческий фактор. В отношении бывшего сотрудника возбуждено уголовное дело по признакам преступлений, предусмотренных ст. 137 (нарушение неприкосновенности частной жизни), ст. 138 (нарушение тайны переписки, телефонных переговоров, почтовых, телеграфных или иных сообщений) УК РФ",— говорится в официальном заявлении "Вымпелкома".
